This is my place to go for a unique gift and also just for us I have bought many many times I was there and bought 12 mini Bundt cakes for a dinner the next day when I opened the box there was one that had tipped over totally my fault I went there the morning of the dinner and asked if I could buy one to replace the one that got ruined the girl at the front was very pleasant she had helped me the day I bought these. She went in the back to ask if I can buy one and was told they could not sell me just one I asked how they sell them told only in amounts of 12 so just had to bring my dessert as is. While I was there I did buy a bundle For my husband for Father's Day tomorrow but will not be back.

Waited over 25 minutes for a pick up order I placed online a few hours in advance with only 2 other people in store at the time. Had to call the store directly to get them to cancel the order at a later time… which they couldn’t figure out how to do. Still waiting on a refund.

Listen - if you're an average American person, these cakes are fine. But there is absolutely nothing here for anyone who knows what pastries or cakes should taste like.
They are incredibly artificial and way too sweet, there is no nuance of flavor or anything worth writing home about.
It is a typical American "bakery" focusing on maximizing color and sweetness with no thought for delicacy or uniqueness.

Haven’t tried the $30 cake yet - I’m sure it’ll be good however my experience thus far isn’t good. I ordered online - which saved the company from having to pay someone to take my order and in exchange NBC charged me a 3.5% “online service fee”. I’ll never go back based strictly on GP (general principal). That’s about as bad as expecting a tip when I pick up an order. Comment to response from NBC: Give me a break. You invests profits to improve technology not add a cost - since you didn’t pay someone to take my order why didn’t you give me a credit? What a joke.
I go to Nothing Bunt Cakes for mainly special occasions. This time it is for an 86 year olds birthday. I got her the buntini's. They are adorable!! Everytime I have purchased anything from the Avon location it has been very good and fresh! The employees are very nice.

Tried NBC for the first time after seeing their advertisement for lemon blueberry flavor and it is sooo DELICIOUS! Very moist and soft, staff is very friendly! I hope to try other flavors soon but will definitely be returning before lemon blueberry leaves the lineup in
