Listen - if you're an average American person, these cakes are fine. But there is absolutely nothing here for anyone who knows what pastries or cakes should taste like.
They are incredibly artificial and way too sweet, there is no nuance of flavor or anything worth writing home about.

Haven’t tried the $30 cake yet - I’m sure it’ll be good however my experience thus far isn’t good. I ordered online - which saved the company from having to pay someone to take my order and in exchange NBC charged me a 3.5% “online service fee”. I’ll never go back based strictly on GP (general principal). That’s about as bad as expecting a tip when I pick up an order. Comment to response from NBC: Give me a break. You invests profits to improve technology not add a cost - since you didn’t pay someone to take my order why didn’t you give me a credit? What a joke.

I go to Nothing Bunt Cakes for mainly special occasions. This time it is for an 86 year olds birthday. I got her the buntini's. They are adorable!! Everytime I have purchased anything from the Avon location it has been very good and fresh! The employees are very nice.

Tried NBC for the first time after seeing their advertisement for lemon blueberry flavor and it is sooo DELICIOUS! Very moist and soft, staff is very friendly! I hope to try other flavors soon but will definitely be returning before lemon blueberry leaves the lineup in
If you're having a party, you can't trust that NBC will have the bundlet cake flavors you want - even if you pre-order them days in advanced! I recently placed an online pickup order for 9 bundtlets - an order that included a few different flavors. I placed the order 5 days ahead of when I needed the bundlets. When I arrived to pickup my order, I was told that one of the flavors (carrot) was out of stock! 3 of my 9 bundlets were supposed to be carrot! I was told I could either get a refund for those 3 or pick 3 new flavors to replace the carrot that was not available. What is the point of placing an online order ahead of time if there's a chance some flavors might be out of stock?! No where during the ordering process does it say that you may not receive what you actually ordered. This was a huge disappointment for 3 of the guests at my party, as they had specifically requested the carrot flavor and I had to guess which one would be their second choice flavor. I wonder what would've happened if I had chosen to had these delivered instead of picking them up - would I have been shorted the 3 cakes? If there's a chance the order may not be completed as ordered, there needs to be some sort of disclaimer somewhere during the ordering process. If it is there, it is certainly not obvious (I just went through the process again to check and didn't see anything). Lesson learned - no more bundlets for parties unless me and my guests are OK with a random assortment of flavors.

This is a sweet little shop! ( pun intended lol) The people are really nice , the cakes are fantastic, and they offer a gluten free option! The cakes are worth the price and taste wonderful. The frosting is the best part and they always use enough. Some places I have been to really skimp on this. The shop is decorated nicely and well stocked if you need candles or cards for your occasion. You can order online too. Great place to get a cake or a snack!
