Keaton was extremely professional and courteous towards me and my family. He was smiling while talking to us and made us feel valued. Everytime we stop by and he's working we always leave satisfied and greatful. The only con about this location is that they don't always have white rice at the ready.

The nicest workers, nelson was really patient with us first-timers and even came around the dining room to check on everybody. Food was fresh and we were impressed with the portion and taste.

Every time I come to this Panda Express to pick up food, all the employees have an attitude like I’m bothering them for a pick up order for one of your customers. Especially the woman with a pony tail in drive through. She has the worst “don’t bother me, I suck at customer service” attitude. Today was the final straw for me with this restaurant. Came in to pick up the order, the drive through woman and now a second woman with ponytail and tats on her arm scoff at me for picking up an order. I left. Didn’t even pick up the order because I’m tired of the lack of professionalism at this restaurant.

Gone way down hill. The food had to flavor was over cooked. The service was horrible, she didn't even hear me out on my order. The food was inedible. The soda was warm and flat no ice was available. Spent 30$ for 2 people and left hungry. Will never go back.

I have tried to get white rice several times now (separate days) and this location has not had it. One time it was close(ish) to closing (about 30-45 minutes prior to close) and they ran out. No problem, I get it. I tried again another day around 1.5 hours before close, no white rice. Tried again tonight. Still no white rice. Is it really that hard to cook some white rice?

Drive through took 5 minutes before my order was taken and another 10 minutes before I found out my order placed needed to change at the window because they were out of half my order (this happens 50% the time in the past). I was given the option to wait another 5-10 minutes to wait for what I originally ordered. Portion size was smaller than a typical plate order in the past. My bad for tolerating such bad service and coming back.

Went through the drive-thru to order and the lady that answered me told me one moment twice waited 6 minutes before I had my order taken. Once I got to the window she snatched my card out of my hand didn't say thank you have a good day just handing me the food and slammed the window shut on me....

Ordered an online order during my lunch break…. Pick it up and drive back to work to eat. Open the box and it’s beyond orange chicken and fried rice when I ordered honey walnut shrimp, chicken teriyaki, and chow mein. Threw the shit in the trash the bag clearly has my name on it with a receipt stating the correct order and yet I have a whole different plate of food.
