Went to Avon Panera 9:30 am on March 21, 2024. Ordered egg white specialty sandwich with spinach and avocado on a bagel only to find out they had no spinach. Went to sit down and the entire restaurant was freezing. Was told by cashier the heat was broken. Was told the heat was on 90! Also was told the fireplace was broken. Everyone was complaining and wearing coats. Have eaten at many Paneras and this one was not acceptable. Would recommend they work on the dining area heat and make sure you have spinach for the sandwiches. It was only 9:30 in the morning, not the end of the day where they might run out.

As we were doing some errands for a family emergency, we stopped at this Panera Bread. The service could not have being worse. A female manager around 7:30 PM on 3/20/2024 was very condescending to my family. We were given bread that was hard as a rock, when we asked for fresh bread this “manager” was very rude indicating they only do one batch per day, when asked for extra lettuce for our sandwich she said there was not a button for extra lettuce. We ended up asking for a refund for our orders and leaving the store. Really bad experience! Maybe because we are people of color she felt that it was ok to talk to us a certain way. The general manager of this store should give some training to his managers to be have a better customer service!

Hmmm, what does one do when you can’t find a box that fits the pastry ring? Ask the customer their preference? Nope! At this Panera they just fold up the edges and squeeze it in and then hand it out without saying anything!

They have you wait at the back counter for your order. They have a bunch of young kids who just ignore you and avoid eye contact. You can see the order sitting in the back, but no one will acknowledge you. I told them they need to acknowledge customers and she rolled her eyes at me. I spoke to a manager who obviously didn't care either, bc he was also a kid.Shouldnt have to wait 29 mins for a bowl of soup because the employees dont care about customer service. I won't be back.

Smokey Buffalo Chicken Melt. Had about 3 teaspoons of meat on it. Looked more like a wish sandwich , you wish it had some meat on it.

DO NOT GO! We got the wrong food. Correct name but nothing correct in the order. Our daughter has the flu and only wants a cinnamon crunch bagel. She’s starving and won’t eat anything except that. I got a delivery. I called asking if I could get a refund for not one but two separate orders. The manager was incredibly rude and refused to do anything. I’ll be calling customer service next. This is the third time we’ve had to deal with this from this Panera. Take the trip to Westlake instead.
