I showed up at 9:15 (they are open until 10), and was told they were out of fries for the night. The guy getting food in front of me got fries, but I could not.
I guess you have to get there an hour before they close off your want the full menu.

I’m a little conflicted on how I should rate this location, while the manager in red was acting professional with customers, (I say acting because as soon as they were done speaking with me it was like a switch and that’s when their demeanor changed) they were not acting professional with their staff. As a customer I do not like seeing that when I go in to spend my money, and although the attitude wasn’t reflected towards me I still felt like it wasn’t necessary. The cashier that took my payment was still so friendly even after the rude attitude was placed upon her.

The fries tasted better than what they usually do so I’m assuming they changed the grease so they tasted fresher. They’re always pretty good at this location but tonight, all the food was perfect and spot on!! 😋

We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! I've already gone back to the menu to decide what I want next. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Logan!!

I usually like penn station but this time I had an awful experience ?. Extra meat I payed for didn't seem to be there. Fry cup was half empty. I wanted to dine in but they packed it to go. Fresh squeezed lemonade was bitter then the mountain dew syrup was out on the fountain drinks. I spent almost 20 and left hungry. Jersey Mike's opening up the street soon. I'll be going there..

We waited for 10 min in line and no one said a word to us!! I think the manager was wearing a red shirt and had a really bad attitude! He was throwing things. He was also next to where we were all lined up to have our orders taken and didn’t say a word. No hi, we will be right with you or anything. There were 4 people that walked out beside us. This would have been my first time at a Penn Station.

It was freezing cold inside this place you could literally hang meat in there...that's how cold it was. Yikes..
