I ordered what should have been 3 sandwiches. A cheesesteak, pizza sub and a ham and cheese sub. Got my food didn’t think to check the bag because I’ve never had an issue here. Get home and there is only 2 sandwiches. Cheese steak and a pizza sub “add ham and Swiss” honestly a little disappointed.

I had never been to a Penn Station before, and now its top on my list. A wonderful young man named Ben took my order and helped me figure out what to get, he definitely deserves a raise. The food tasted amazing! And the restaurant was a nice quiet place to enjoy my meal! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Have had good experiences in the Rocky River location over the years (near where I worked) and I was pleasantly surprised when they decided to open one in the our Lorain neighborhood. Maybe it's because they haven't been open too long, but the sandwiches that we ordered were poorly constructed. The meat was nonexistent an inch or so from each end of the sandwich and gradually grew to a clump in the middle, along with most of the toppings. This happened with the medium warm Italian and small warm Dagwood that we ordered. The medium order of fries was in a half-filled fry cup and the rest dumped in the bag on the bottom. They are usually the best part of the meal, but were cold and over cooked. I know that I'll give them another try some time down the road, but I can't recommend this location right now.

I had a Philly Steak Sub with fries and lemonade, Everything was delicious. their bread is outstanding. Can't wait to try other subs.
