Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Love this place ! Especially how great the service is makes it all better, will continue to ask for Sabrina to take care of us, she does amazing and does her job incredibly well!

I was in on Friday morning 1/30/26. First of all the bathrooms had no toilet paper in two stalls and urine on the seat of one of them, already at 8:00am which tells me all I need to know about cleanliness. Secondly, there were Two servers running around while I stood at the register forever, people waiting to be seated, people waiting for to go orders and all I see is two people working. After waiting about ten minutes another server pops up front with to go orders when I ask for help to leave & say I’ve been there for a while. She says she’ll be right with me but at this point I’m annoyed and question it and she walks away to yell to who I assume is the manager or host for help because she’s now helping the door dashers. I specifically heard her scream that people were upset in the front and it still took probably another five minutes before anyone helped me. The lady who helped me didn’t say much and seemed annoyed I that I was upset or maybe that she had to work, I don’t know, but she was dressed differently so again, I’m assuming the she was in fact the manager. What kind of place runs with just two servers up front and no one else to help? No apology from the manager for making me stand there for nearly 20minutes to PAY? Where was the manager the whole time? This place is a joke, I’m always waiting FOREVER to be seated or to pay when I leave. Do you guys not have a host? Or a manager who cares? I will NEVER be back, which is a shame because I used to come almost weekly. Customers should be first priority yet somehow we’re last at this place. Hire help or tell the manager to get her butt up front and help those poor girls!

Sabrina was a wonderful waitress! Food came out perfect, drinks stayed full. Very attentive and didn’t have to want for anything with her

Last time we ate here the server took 45 minutes to take our order, we should've just left. The manager came and comped our food at the end.

Also seems like everything comes frozen and the only freshly prepared food are the eggs. Just a tad above McDonald's breakfast and not a true diner.

It's Perkins pancakes

We went here because the halloween garage sale was packed, so was this place. There were plenty of empty seating but the line was crazy. It's like they want people to wait. I don't like this perkins. The only reason I went was because of the haunted garage sale, which we didn't even get to go to that because it was mismanaged. Overall I do not like it is a perkins but it is perkins and has what other perkins have. Their waitresses are too young.

Wife and I went to this Perkins on August 29. The restaurant was not busy. As we were seated I said thank you to the waitress and relieved no response. A waitress addressing the booth next to us and no one even came over to ask us what type of drinks we would like to have. We waited for about 10 minutes with no response left the menus on the table walked out went to another restaurant. Very disappointing only the second time I ever just walked out of a restaurant.

Restaurant was empty, I was on my lunch hour from work.Waitresses walked passed us , another lady came in after and they took her order .we left went and spent my money elsewhere...
