They use freezer burnt fruit or dirty ice from an unclean machine or something I can’t explain it but It’s been countless times my smoothie tasted like a dirty musty rag or something . I finally drove back up there this time and said something and the one blonde girl had the nastiest most rude attitude about it slamming stuff around , refusing to say anything to me or look at me but making snide remarks to the other employees about how they aren’t supposed to take anything back and then because I felt the rudeness I went outside zoomed my video in and watched her run her mouth about me after I left with annoyance all over her face as if I was the problem. They need to hire something other than entitled mommy and daddy’s money type of kids who actually do things right . That will be the last time I order from there and I surely won’t be tipping a large tip as I always do and I was ordering almost everyday for my whole household. Truly pathetic what I dealt with. Wish I could share the video of this entitled little snob . Big fail on their end . Poor service with poor attitude .

It's a hit or miss all depends who works, sometimes the smoothie is just water and sometimes its thick which is good, I would rate some of the staff 5 stars at best perfect, but I would rate some 2 or 1 possibly 1 or 2 girls there so the smoothie can taste perfect or bland empty water 🤷 someone there is butchering it, cannot say weather this is intentional or not, however I will be documenting who it is and I will discuss it with corporate and district management to resolve this.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with what I chose, so they asked me more questions about my preferred flavors and replaced my drink to something else that tasted amazing at no additional charge. Thank you again ?

Am at this location at least once if not twice a week. Staff is always nice wraps are good and smoothies are great. Even when I am trying to figure out what smoothie I want and say "surprise me, no redbull" I've never been disappointed. Now I have my favorite but still like trying different smoothies from time to time.

Just left, Rebecca the cashier was extremely rude and dismissive. My niece was asking a question about a product and instead of answering her questions she rolled her eyes and she told her which side of the board to look under to find out the ingredients. The other young lady behind the counter was sweet and professional. The drinks we got were great. However I won't be back just because the customer service from Rebecca was terrible. If I wasn't thirsty I would have left without ordering anything. Terrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the store has an owner which is rarely there. When I asked for a business card Rebecca said that I just needed to call another day and see when he's going to be there. In my opinion He may need to stop in more often, especially when Rebecca is on duty.

Update: the owner of pulp reached out to me and was very nice and is going to have a chat with the staff to make sure they know what they did wrong and to help them learn from this so next time they will be better prepared for such a situation like this. Thanks for a fast and kind response

Very rude staff. Lost our online order and told us we must have sent it to the wrong store. Was sent a text that our order was ready at the Nagel store the staff was ignoring us for 10 mins. There was only 2 other costumers in the store. All the teen girls were fighting over who was working harder instead of helping us. One girl asked what my wife’s name was she told her the girl repeated her name but said carrot and laugh about getting it wrong I think it was a dig at her since my wife insisted that we had the right store. Then she was insisting that they never had the order. Only one girl was responsible enough to help us out. And looked at the online orders and found it. This store needs an adult to manage the teen staff they have. This was my first time at pulp

The food and service is always perfect. I come on the weekends, weekdays, mornings, afternoons and always receive consistently amazing service with a quality product. The employees are respectful to each other and work as a team. Seems like a great place to work also!
