I was given a smoothie that had the same consistency as soup and it was not cold at all. I asked kindly if the smoothie could be re made and they told me they couldn't remake a smoothie just because a customer didn't like it. I understand that Pulp but no one is going to like a smoothie that is not cold and soupy especially when you it cost $6 and you can't even drink it because it feels like your drinking a tub of melted ice cream.

Delicious smoothies at a very affordable price. Better (and much cheaper) than Robeks! The staff can be a little stand-offish at times. Regardless, a great deal and I would recommend.

not normally the type of person to write bad reviews but the service here was terrible!! i came in this evening to get dinner for my pregnant girlfriend, and the workers were extremely rude the whole time, even throwing our food on the counter. i’ve never had a bad experience here and considering the amount of times i’ve been here i am genuinely surprised. don’t take your misery out on others! i just wanted some food!

Came in to get a ginger shot: was told by the lady in charge that I can not have a ginger shot with just ginger because THEY DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENT HERE!! I didn't want any lemon in my ginger shot...I was told I had to because they do things a little different because they are not a corporate store and they are privately owned!! They can do that here!! The lady said. I BEEN TO EVERY PULP IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND AND SUBURBS AND NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM!! EVEN AMHERST WHICH IS OWNED BY THE SAME OWNER. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT ANY LOCATION TILL I CAME HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME. PURE GINGER HELPS ME WITH MY PNEUMONIA I HAD DURING COVID AND ALMOST DIED. DOCTORS TOLD ME TO DRINK PURE GINGER TO RELIEVE THE INFLATION IN MY LUNGS FROM PNEUMONIA SCARRING THAT I SUFFER FROM....APPARENNTLY THAT IS NOT OK AT THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY HERE!!! EXACT WORDS FROM LADY IN CHANGE..... THAT'S HORRIBLE NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN..

Extremely disappointed with Avons location. Ordered a guava burner smoothie as I always do from Pulp. They basically gave me just a water smoothie, absolutely no flavor!! I wouldve gone back in but I had already gotten onto the highway before I tried it.

We’ve been to this location quite a few times already since my mom has been in and out of the Cleveland Clinic at Avon. There are SO MANY flavor combinations to choose from, but my go-to is the Orange Ginger Elixir with an energy boost and for the days when I need a little something extra, I like to also get the wheatgrass shot with a freshly-squeezed OJ chaser. Looking forward to trying other smoothies and juices - for when you’re feeling under the weather or even if you just need a little something different, you can’t go wrong with this place and my personal favorite is the one in Avon, OH. Try it!

The only reason I took 1 star away was because of the unpeeled oranges used for 1 of my order as they were closing in 30 mins. We ordered 3 orange juices, 2 came out perfectly but the the other was made using unpeeled oranges. When asked to exchange, they did it but gave it in a very rude manner. Just like banging the drink as if she was doing a favor to me. All 3 juices tasted better than other pulp.
I take my wife to her Dr. I saw, but never heard of this place. Chose a Strawberry lemonade and I found it refreshing. They carry a lot of stuff.

Ordered a smoothie and wrap on lunch today around 1pm. They were pretty busy. Smoothie was watery and seems like it was missing something but I was on a time crunch and I’m almost for certain the wrap was molding. Wish I would have grabbed my receipt. I love pulp always my go to but this location isn’t the best.
