Our first (and definitely not our last) visit to this great neighborhood bar and restaurant. Super clean, friendly staff and delicious meal. Cuban sandwich was very tasty served with plenty of fries. Also had the Cuban rice and beans…also delicious. Suzanne’s byob burger was “best burger I’ve had in a long time “ and we also shared an order of mild buffalo wings that were great. Had no idea the place has an expansive back deck and will soon have its own beer brewery (under construction). Highly recommend you check it out.

I get frustrated that this place has the gall to charge $9.25 for a kids meal. Imagine my surprise when a grilled cheese comes out and it’s 1 piece of cheese that’s not even melted. Couldn’t spring for 2 slices of Kraft singles?

A nice little brewpub on the edge of Avon that definitely seems to have a strong community involvement. On a Sunday afternoon while my wife was finishing looking around at the local Goodwill (quite a nice Goodwill, I might add), I decided to walk across the road and sample some beers while I waited.
The place itself is quite nice, including a lot of outdoor seating (it was too hot that afternoon though for my taste) and some fun decor on the interior. The bartender who served me was especially friendly and pleasant and personable, which is always a plus. The food sounded good, but I was about to go eat dinner, so I had to forego that sampling.
I tried two beers, an amber and a berry hefeweizen, and both were decent enough and fairly priced. This definitely feels like an establishment where the food and time spent is as or more important than the house made beer itself, so it would be nice to stop back for a proper meal and additional time spent if I'm in the area again.

Never going back here again. Tried the Cubano sandwich and a half order of garlic Parmesan boneless wings. Sandwich was burned on the top. Ham was old deli ham and pork was dry and salty. Pickle was more a brined cucumber than the kind of pickle you'd expect in a Cubano. Mustard was bland and cheese was barely there. Wings were mushy and cold and the garlic Parm sauce was thick and tasted rancid. Didn't even eat half of this and the server still had no problem charging me nearly $27 after taking back plates that were practically as full as she'd brought them.

Ooof. Not a good visit at all. Just got home after sitting there for 2 hours. It took 45 min to get ‘most’ of the food….the rest showed up 10 minutes later. I felt bad for the waitress…she kept apologizing and was trying her best.
We literally laughed out loud at the kids pizza my niece got. It was the saddest thing I’ve seen. You know it’s bad when my two kids wouldn’t touch their chicken nuggets and fries.
I’d give the beer a 3.5. The food was a legit 1. I might go back for a beer, but I wouldn’t eat there again if you paid me.
