Excellent Mideast cuisine. I like their bowl ordering system, very similar to Chipotle. You can layer your favorite proteins with your favorite Mideast carbs/sides/veggies/dips. Everything is made to order, and the wait is worth it. The chicken shawarma was juicy with complex, warm & flavorful seasonings. My husband ordered the gyro plate and was surprised by the quality and cut of the meat. Hands down some of the best local hummus, hearty and comforting. The hot sauce was true harissa, which brought the heat but did not overpower the rest of the dish. A perfect lunch spot for healthy, nourishing food. And the staff/chef were friendly, sincere and PROUD of their food, as they should be!

I’ve been better Shawarma many times over the overall taste was planned and also I was charged almost $50 for two bowls because I wanted to add five of the news with my hummus to falafel and he told me to get a charge for each vegetable which I’ve never heard of before You come with whatever vegetables you want a bit of a rip off and not even that good tasting honestly

We absolutely love Sim Mediterranean Grill in Avon! My husband had the Gyro, and I had the Beef Kafta wrap (with extra onions add tomatoes), both were amazing as always. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. The staff are so friendly, they treat you like family, and the atmosphere is so clean and inviting. People were super friendly. Food was fresh, obviously nothing canned. Could've been spicier, but that's just our taste. Two negatives, the tables weren't the cleanest and someone who sat at the next table had muddy feet and the floor needed major attention. The other negative was the music. I don't mind cultural music but this was constantly the same thing and sounded like monks chanting with nothing else. But the food was delicious. Smaller portions, but I liked that because usually places make you overeat. Had the tables and floors been clean and the music changed, I would've rated higher.
