For weeks they did not have the crunch for my caramel ribbon crunch, they got it last week. Now this week they're out of the Carmel! This is got to be poor management. Such a large company specializing in coffee and they don't have ingredients on a regular basis!

Thanksgiving day went to place my order, food heater not working so no food, coffee machine sounded like it was broken. Manager was sitting across the booth in the lil cafe with her headphones looking like she was in her pajamas and instead of getting up to talk to the barista she was yelling across the room. It took the barista so long and while I was grabbing my drinks I grabbed the little green tabs for my coffees the manager had the audacity to yell ādonāt do thatā I donāt want someone putting their nasty fingers on the lip of my coffee. Needless to say I have never had such poor service and for that manager to yell at a customer on thanksgiving day. What a horrible way to start the day. Never coming back again. Manager I recommend you do some customer service and management training.
