I stood there and never got service the girl clearly saw me and continued with her chores. I then walked away and decided okay let me try again nope same thing acted like i wasn’t even there.

Couldn’t even order food at 6:35pm when they close at 7pm. Apparently there’s a time limit on their oven that shuts off at 5:30? Sounds like a made up Gen Z excuse to avoid working. How lame lol, figured I’d let the google fam know if you’re looking for a bite before grocery shopping after work this ain’t the place.

For weeks they did not have the crunch for my caramel ribbon crunch, they got it last week. Now this week they're out of the Carmel! This is got to be poor management. Such a large company specializing in coffee and they don't have ingredients on a regular basis!

Thanksgiving day went to place my order, food heater not working so no food, coffee machine sounded like it was broken. Manager was sitting across the booth in the lil cafe with her headphones looking like she was in her pajamas and instead of getting up to talk to the barista she was yelling across the room. It took the barista so long and while I was grabbing my drinks I grabbed the little green tabs for my coffees the manager had the audacity to yell ā€œdon’t do thatā€ I don’t want someone putting their nasty fingers on the lip of my coffee. Needless to say I have never had such poor service and for that manager to yell at a customer on thanksgiving day. What a horrible way to start the day. Never coming back again. Manager I recommend you do some customer service and management training.

could not make my cold brew coffee as they look on the photo of their menu board. looked like a regular iced coffee with cream in it. this is in a way false advertisement. the venti size cost $4.75. i also did not eat anything prior to coming here to grocery shop inside meijer and i ended up with an upset stomach right afterwards so i question the skillset of the barista and also whether this place is abiding to proper sanitary protocols.
