Waitress sue was wonderful which is what the one star is going towards. Came here for our anniversary, safe to say we came hungry bc we were so excited and it took over an hour and a half to get our food…My boyfriend ordered the trilogy steak which is apparently exclusive to strip and $75…so rightfully so expectations were high. The steak overwhelmingly tasted like fish, we were starving at that point so he ate it but we mentioned it to the waitress and they didn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed, unfortunately won’t be returning.

Our steaks were delicious. I ordered the 12oz filet mignon with garlic butter and my wife had the 6oz filet mignon with truffle butter. You can't go wrong with any cut you order.

Had another fantastic birthday dinner at Strip! We had perfectly cooked steaks (my husband had the Cowboy and I had the filet), and were pleasantly surprised that there were king crab legs as a special. Got those too and everything was, as always, phenomenal. We always request Mike as our waiter - he knows the menu like the back of his hand and takes care of our every need. If you want a perfect evening full of amazing food, great service and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, you can’t beat Strip!

The menu is amazing, I would love to try other things next time! They have daily specials that are to die for. We had the catch of the day which was lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, and mussels. The other entree was three different types of steak with sauces and other items almost like a charcuterie board. It was all so wonderful and the bartender was extremely knowledgeable.
