went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.

I did an online order tonight at the Fairlawn location. I waited and waited and finally turned my lights back on to inquire about my food. They accidentally gave my bag to another car! I had four guys come out to apologize and they hurried up and remade my food. The manager even came out to apologize. It was great customer service and my food was perfect and delicious! I commend them for being honest, apologizing and fixing the issue quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!

I came here excited and I left disappointed. My turkey burger was cold and totally raw. I replaced it with a regular burger and it was paper thin. I asked for a straw with three different people and never got one. So sorry that this was not up to my expectations.

Went to order food to go today at the S Hawkins location, 3 sandwiches 2 sides and was told it was going to be 20 mins. We waited 75 mins and no food brought to us and no one came back to my vehicle to update us on what was going on. At least 5-6 guys working the lot and less than 20 cars in and out in the 1.5 hours we were parked there. Unacceptable. We had to leave with No food.

We had never been here before, so we didn't know what to really expect. The pictures on the menu/ads made them look like decent size burgers. They are small- not much bigger than a slider. Flavor wasn't bad, but there was more bun than burger. Shakes are pricy, but my husband and son liked them. I liked the potato teezers, but wish the ranch sauce came with. Overall, it's not great but not horrible.
Ben served my family and I very well—he was polite and quick. Good tasted great as well!

who ever the runner is last night thursday at 10pm is trash. called in order ahead of time, sat there for 20 mins lights on. went to every car pulling up last second and ignored. finally just left. what a garbage establishment this franchise and location has become. avoid at all cost.

The food is reliably tasty and the service has always been top notch, but the prices have increased significantly over the last couple years to where it's just not nearly as feasible to affordably "swing by" whenever we're in the area.
Our trip tonight was one Galley Boy, one grilled chicken sandwich, and one order of potato teasers that amounted to $15; no drinks or special extras. Everything tasted great, but it's hard to argue the value.
Well my kid really likes this place. I eat there occasionally aswell. It's not the best food but really can't complain. It's pretty good
