Went through the drive through and I don’t have enough money in my bank for the bill, so I told the worker to cancel it and I got nothing. And I was still charged the money. Came back the ext day to see what was up becuase I was still charged the money for it. The General manager said “ I needed to wait 2-3 days “ because on the banking app it still said pending. She gave me a crunch wrap and a drink so I thought it was going to be a good experience. So I came back a week later after the charge was no longer pending and went through. I went in and the general manger said “ I gave you the Crunchwrap” and I asked if I can get any cash from it and she said no. So I paid 17 dollars for a Crunchwrap and a drink and havnt gotten any of the money back. Do not recommend this location. Not nice inside and very poor customer service.

Food was fresh . Staff was helpful since they didn't have much of a menu on the wall. Helped with the kiosk where the full menu was and we ordered from the counter

I would first and foremost like to commend the General Manager on a phenomenal job. This was my second or third visit while in the area for work. I used the drive thru today and it was fast and prompt service! My truck is a little loud being a diesel and there was a very minor mixup where I received two drinks by mistake without any hesitation or delay I was offered a refund. I declined and was offered something else of my choice since I was not worried about the mishap. That order was quickly done right after. While waiting I observed a new trainee getting some instruction on the cleaning of the BOH. It was very impressive to see how well kept things were and how kindly the employee was instructed by management. You don’t see that too often these days.
Credit to everybody else on the team for the quality of the food as well! You can tell they all work together and actually care about how the food goes out.

This Taco Bell is a joke, just absolute unprofessionalism. But hey what do you actually expect from a Taco Bell 😂 when I finally got to the speaker, they were talking into it about “their panties” while laughing, and was saying how they don’t care.

There where no other customers, yet somehow it took a literal wait of 10 minutes for them to finally run my order out to my car. Staff I encountered were rude and unapologetic. There's zero excuse for a Taco Bell order for three people to take a total of 13 minutes when there are no other customers present.

typing as i’m in the drive thru. i’ve been waiting for 45 minutes, regular sized line. AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE AN HOUR OF YOUR TIME FOR 2 TACOS AND A POP. i’ve worked food service, this line shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes MAXIMUM. it is 10:47pm. i pulled in at 10 and immediately got trapped by someone else pulling in behind me or i would’ve pulled away and got food elsewhere and still been home before i made it to the speaker here. don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but terrible location, terrible service, don’t come here.
I would recommend staying away from this place too. A few things change they have. Yeah, I fell back in the back. I'm making food and when I was in the lobby waiting on my food. I saw him stick his pen near his mouth and yeah, happen to be food. While he's preparing food, pretty gross, if you ask me. But I don't know, I guess that's not nasty to some people. I wouldn't recommend this place in a million years less they've changed that guy.
