Tropical Smoothie is hands down the best smoothie place you can find. This location is especially amazing. The employees are always very kind and welcoming, making me look forward to going in. This is my go to spot for a fast, healthy lunch break.

Tropical smoothie never lets me down. They are a great bang for your buck compared to some other smoothie locations, and are always consistent with their drinks. My favorite is the island green, I love to get some healthy greens in through a smoothie. I highly recommend!

Great, friendly service. I visit here often because they use mostly Organic fruits/vegetables. I like to add a few add-ons that they have to choose from to give it an extra nutritious boost.

I ordered the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla. There are 2 on the menu. 3 cheese chicken or fajita chicken.
When I got my dilla, there was no chicken on it. When I went back in she said I ordered the 3 cheese, and not the chicken. I apologized and said that wasn’t even an option on the menu so I don’t know how I ordered it. I asked for it to be re-made as the price does not change. They said they could add chicken but would not remake it. Cashier was Sally B, and that is who told me they could not remake it, only add to it. Very frustrating and poor customer service skills

I recently saw a commercial for Tropical Smoothie Cafe for their açaí bowls and was instantly excited to try them! My husband stopped in after work and was pleasantly surprised to see the employees cutting up the fruit fresh and the bowls packed to the top of the to go container! My husband put them in his lunch box and drove the 20 minutes home and the bowls still looked great and tasted absolutely delicious!!! We are frequent visitors to Hawaii and have had many many açaí bowls during our time on Hawaii, Tropical Smoothie Cafe - you’ve done an excellent job of recreating something delicious and quite similar to what we’ve had on Hawaii. Add a little mango and pineapple and you’ve nailed it. We will be back again very soon!!! Next time I will post photos. ?

Twice at this location.. they gave me wraps with under cooked rice. And the chicken smells funny... I usually go to westlake..and never had issues.. still give a 5 star because I love their smoothies and food, but won't be going to this location again....
