We had to have work done on the car and went to Wendys for breakfast. Cheap food, clean restaurant , absolutely amazing workers. The workers were super friendly and efficient. Sarah was so sweet and amazing. Would recommend this Wendys if you are in the area.

This location says it's open at 6:30 but it isn't. Called there yesterday to make sure they were open at 6:30 and they said they were. I went there today and no one was there to take my order. Why post you are open at 6:30 if you are not? This has happened multiple times ever since COVID.

Manager will mark your doordash order complete and collect your money with items missing then tell you it’s not their problem. The Dave’s double I did actually receive looked as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Thanks for nothing

This Wendy’s is extremely fast whenever I’ve used the drive thru. Many times my food is handed to me as soon as I pull up to the window.
Updated 03/09/25: This location has gone down the drain. It used to be the fastest friendliest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and over the past year and a half the quality of the employees that they have hired has dragged this store down in the mud. They have attitude every time you come to the window , most of them have earbuds in, so they can’t hear you when you’re talking to them, most of the time they have inappropriate hip-hop music playing at a high volume. They are having completely inappropriate conversations at the window about personal matters. And if you order within an hour of them closing, they refuse to make your food and just tell you that their computer system is down. On three different occasions over the past six weeks I have placed an order between 915 and 9:30 PM and when I show up to pick it up, I’m told they can’t check me in because their computers are down. It’s a complete bunch of bullshit because they have just cleaned up and they don’t wanna make any more food and wanna go home. Your location is in a very high-end area so I would highly recommend your reevaluate your current employees. This is the kind of service I expect in an East Cleveland or Oakwood location Not Avon.

It says on Google they open at 6:30 a.m but from my experience they seem to open whenever they feel like opening, and 9 times out of 10 the food is made wrong or my lid is off my container for my chili cheese fries and they put it in the bag like that. Wish this location would get it together because it's the only one close to my work.

Every time I go to this particular one, they never ask me if I want my receipt or give it to me. They have horrible customer service and tonight when I went there i got cold stale food. Now I know why they don't give reciepts.🙄
The pickle was heavier than the burger. All I tasted was a bun. Wendy's has fallen off big time last 10 years. wish I could get my money back

Take out service is absolutely horrible!!! The people don’t do their job, they just sit at the counter and chit chat amongst each other. They forgot a TEN PIECE nugget AND a sandwich with my order. I will never be giving this Wendy’s my money again.
