This Wendy’s is extremely fast whenever I’ve used the drive thru. Many times my food is handed to me as soon as I pull up to the window.
Updated 03/09/25: This location has gone down the drain. It used to be the fastest friendliest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and over the past year and a half the quality of the employees that they have hired has dragged this store down in the mud. They have attitude every time you come to the window , most of them have earbuds in, so they can’t hear you when you’re talking to them, most of the time they have inappropriate hip-hop music playing at a high volume. They are having completely inappropriate conversations at the window about personal matters. And if you order within an hour of them closing, they refuse to make your food and just tell you that their computer system is down. On three different occasions over the past six weeks I have placed an order between 915 and 9:30 PM and when I show up to pick it up, I’m told they can’t check me in because their computers are down. It’s a complete bunch of bullshit because they have just cleaned up and they don’t wanna make any more food and wanna go home. Your location is in a very high-end area so I would highly recommend your reevaluate your current employees. This is the kind of service I expect in an East Cleveland or Oakwood location Not Avon.

It says on Google they open at 6:30 a.m but from my experience they seem to open whenever they feel like opening, and 9 times out of 10 the food is made wrong or my lid is off my container for my chili cheese fries and they put it in the bag like that. Wish this location would get it together because it's the only one close to my work.

Every time I go to this particular one, they never ask me if I want my receipt or give it to me. They have horrible customer service and tonight when I went there i got cold stale food. Now I know why they don't give reciepts.🙄

They need to train these kids on how to be respectful to other shouldnt be working the drive thru window with an airpod in one ear and messing up orders. Also when someday thank ypu you say your welcome. Get it together on customer service.

On this recent visit, my spouse and I dined inside and thank God we did because I had to go back to the counter because our burgers were cold and by the time I got the replacement ones, our fries were now barely warm.

This Wendy’s in Avon Ohio NEVER open in the morning when it’s supposed to be. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! I have gone to this Wendy’s at LEAST 10 times around 7:30AM on any given day of the week or weekend and it’s always CLOSED. Best breakfast for fast food but I can never get it because it’s always closed ??♀️
UPDATE: ITS MAY 2023 AND THEYRE STILL NOT OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN
