If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. This was my first and last time ordering food from this location. The floors were wet and sticky. The counter was dirty and the employees were not wearing gloves while handling food. I hope a health inspector visits this place soon. After seeing how disgusting this place was, i decided to cancel my order. To anyone reading this review, please DO NOT order from this location! I recommend the wingstop in Elyria. This Avon location is not sanitary and very unprofessional.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU RISK YOUR LIFE EATING THIS EXPIRED RAW GARBAGE THEY SERVED ME RAW FOOD putrid smells coming from the kitchen. they don’t wear gloves when handling ready to eat product. the floors look like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks very sticky. the employees are honestly the worst. the gm is not nice and very unprofessional. grabbing on the other employees and even when they say stop he keeps going. honestly looked drunk to me but that’s neither here or there. the lady who looks mixed can’t tell because of how pale she is was also very rude. had an attitude when i was trying to order than sighed when i didn’t stop at one chicken sandwich. the real short boy also had an attitude and was very mean. the music is loud and has cuss words all over the place. food is terrible always soggy or not enough seasonings. one of the worst fast food places i’ve been to in a while. overall terrible experience

Every single time we’ve ordered from here, they forget part of the order. Not once have they gotten the order right. Just make sure to check the bag before you leave. They will read the order to you and it’s still not right.

i don’t normally post on these since i always enjoy wingstop especially the lorain one , however my boyfriend and i came to the avon one and came in a little early for my food and the entire time we saw them making our food they not ONCE washed their hands, the guy was on his phone the entire time the girl was touching her belly button ring the entire time putting her hands on the inside of her pants pulling her pants up both wearing zero gloves the entire time. they both grabbed trash off the floor did not wash there hands then proceed to make the food. it was just a very gross experience especially when i work for a kitchen and know to be sanitary, very displeased and just gross.

After a wait of 40 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready, got the order home .. completely missing fries and corn. $30 for 10 wings (supposed to be boneless and weren’t) 3 tenders. Called to complain. They are supposedly kicking it up to district manager for credit. Odds are low that happens.

Honestly, the staff is just everything you really expect Wingstop to be, the atmosphere was amazing I walked in, and was instantly greeted, my order was on time & still hot at that! It was take out so once I got home and ate it , the chicken was well seasoned crispy just how I like it ! The lobby was very clean and spacious, l even did a survey for them and got a free Corn ! Do not miss out !
