Ordered the buy 2 special- not really a combo deal more a la carte- got the chicken pepperoni sub and turkey chili. The meal was $23 for a footlong sub ( waaay too much bread compared to meat ratio) and the chili was $10 for a super small bowl but the problem was I couldn’t eat it because the beans weren’t done! So expensive for garbage! Not coming back!

Slow service, order filled inaccuratelyWell, if there is one thing I've learned from visiting Panera, it is to ALWAYS check my order. Half the time, they've filled it inaccurately and this time was no different :(We ordered the French onion soup in a boule. I haven't ordered this in awhile but previously received more croutons than I received with this order: 3!We also ordered the spicey chicken sandwich. Ordered it with avocado and there were 2 slices squished to the side. The pickle chips were there but not very crunchy. Perhaps they got smushy from the sauce? Wouldn't order the chicken sandwich again. And, of course, the service was slow. Although there were few people there and may 1 person waiting in front of me, I was waiting long enough for one of the associates to notice that I had been waiting for quite some time. Oh, well ... there are lots of other options for take out surrounding this location. This visit has cured me from Panera at least until I forget this experience.

Very unprofessional untrained staff, ordered 16oz cold brew as advertised on the menu. No one poured it out until I asked and other customers were served first. Was poured a 12oz and told it was one size although the menu says otherwise and I paid for 16. After I insisted to get what I paid for they changed to a 16oz cup but didn’t have enough product to fill it to the top. In the midst of all this I heard several tools being dropped and I saw them picked up and put back instead of put in a sink to be washed before being used again. Disgusting

Food has been hit or miss. Portions are either great or disappointing depending on the day. Quality has been high.I was most disappointed that I waited in line for 5 minutes, after serving the person in front of us, the employee simply left the register. After a minute, she told us that, "for faster service, we should use the kiosk." That just seemed that she was being rude, didn't care, but knew 'nice words' to say it.
