Cowboy Food & Drink is a cool little restaurant with lots of food choices. The pretzels + fondue appetizer was super yummy, and the chicken melt main course was phenomenal. The waitress was fantastic and handled cold food well. The patio seating was very nice, and despite some kitchen issues, it's recommended as a hidden gem. The burnt ends were good, though some prefer them more burnt, and the mac n cheese was extremely creamy. The ribs had great flavor but were cold. The menu has something for everyone, including kids, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a delicious dining experience worth returning to.
