There umbrella flew off and hit me in the face. Guy said it wasn't supposed to be opened, ( my 10 year old opened it while I was ordering) ok I reply maybe it shouldn't have been out. Guy says maybe people should keep there hands off stuff! Horrible customer service very rude! Luckily my face stopped it instead of my 2 year old who was sitting by me. Won't be back this is 2nd time they have been rude!
There's only four flavors of ice cream to choose from. The rainbow sherbet couldn't be put in a waffle cone so I had to pay for it separately. My caramel milkshake was freezer burnt. The workers were super sweet though and whatever they were cooking smelled fabulous. There were a ton of milkshake and flurry flavors but only four for an actual ice cream cone?? To me that's weird.

All of their menu items are yummy and it is casual. Today we treated our girls for ice cream after school and they went above and beyond decorating their cones! Our twins were in pure heaven lol.

If only everyone knew how good this place is . Whenever I know I'll be Baltic I will plan my day so that I can stop here for lunch. They make the best loaded cheeseburger and also a really good trail and swiss sandwich.
