This is the chipotle closest to my work and the last THREE times we've ordered and paid to be delivered our orders were messed up. Today, they left ingredients out of my bowl and smothered it in sour cream (did not want or ask for sour cream). The last time we ordered I got a steak bowl and they didn't put any steak in my bowl at all!!! Worst part, the app requires a 10 dollar minimum so you can't even replace the order with the free entrée they give you for messing up your order and either you eat what they made for you or go hungry. Do not order from this chipotle for delivery! They don't read your orders carefully and they don't care if they send you the wrong order.

This is really a hit or miss Chipotle. I have come several times and I honestly never know what I’m going to get. Like today I ordered queso which is extra and it wasn’t on the bowl. But they gave me a good portion. Other times I barely get anything in the bowl. It’s good but never consistent.

I ordered food from Chipotle (Robinson Ave, Barberton, OH) last night, and after taking a bite, I started choking on something inedible. When I spit it out, I discovered a piece of plastic wrapper from some kind of packaging inside my food. Completely unacceptable. I called to report the issue and was left on hold for almost an hour, only to finally speak with someone who isn’t even local. Their response? A mere offer of two free entrees—hardly sufficient given the seriousness (and downright disgusting nature) of the situation. This location clearly lacks quality control. This type of mistake is beyond deplorable! Downright vile, monstrous and revolting. Clearly instead of extra chicken, they added extra plastic. If you ever go to this location, you may as well go behind the counter and make your bowl yourself! Avoid it at all costs!

My husband went to pick out ordr up and they were standing around doing nothing. They told him to come back after he paid for it already. I went back to get it and they told me they didn't make it and that I could order again after I already paid for it and had a pickup order, paid online already excisting. The manager was super rude and told me I could leave. My husband called back and she acted like nothing ever happened. The manager Alexis Stefanko should NOT BE IN MANAGEMENT. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY THEIR WEEKLY.

I usually come here at least twice a month, and I usually do have a good experience. The food is good, and the employees are usually quick and friendly. I always order to go and never eat in as the tables often look grimy. Sometimes this place is short staffed so the wait times can vary.

I purchased a chicken bowl and the chicken was so salty.
This was the 3rd straight time I’ve ordered from this store and have gotten terrible food portions. Food was cold. I ordered at 8:20 for 8:30 pickup, that should not happen! As soon as I lifted the bowl out of the bag I knew it was going to be bad. They barely even put rice in the bowl, I picked 5 pieces of chicken out, no I’m not joking. And the rice that was in there was clumped in a ball. No, I did not eat any before taking the picture.

Food was not fresh ( meats) except the chicken. If they stay open till 11pm they shouldn't running out of stuff. Been their several times and they was out of corn, sour cream, or lettuce. I was told it would be in tomorrow. I think they just didn't want to fill it. So sad!!!! I have been in there at 9 pm and 10pm.
