They were a little light on the chicken, but definitely added a lot of rice. Also the coke zero was just putting out carbonated water. Wasn't too impressed with this Chipotle. They did have friendly service and it was pretty quick. Plenty of parking because of where it's located.

I have been going to this Chipotle for years now. At least once a week my family and I get it. The food is always good and I've never had an issue until recently. There has been an employee named Harmony, since she was hired in each time she has personally served me. It has made me not want to go get it. I mostly go to Norton now because of this issue. I'm not saying anybody needs fired but perhaps customer service is not this employee's strong suit.

I get chipotle a lot but today it was no good I spent 31 dollars on a damn burrito the guac was not made fully the stake was dried out and they forgot to put extra beans and the chicken was chewy and it was cold

Learned the hard way that this is probably the worst chipotle around. Ordered pick up and the food was cold. My guacamole was already oxidized. Mind you I just moved less than a mile away from this store so it was put in the bag that way. Wish I looked at the reviews before going here. Will never be ordering from this location again. Disgusting. The store itself was locked with customers inside. Thanks to the kind customer that was sitting there so I could enter the building. And the store was a complete mess

We visited the Barberton location today and was very disappointed. The girl who waited on us was very rude and to top it off when we got home to eat the chicken was burnt and the rice under cooked. We will not visit that location again. Waterloo Rd will get the money we spend every 2 weeks.😡

The food is great and they’ve been out of things for 15 minutes at a time. Only once I’ve walked out because they just didn’t have the fajita, which really ties my burritos together, they were great at conveying this shortcoming before I ordered. Now let me provide a story that makes me the villain. I ordered online, picked it up and when I got home the 3 burritos I ordered were tiny. So tiny, I had to call and ask for them to remake it. I didn’t pay $34.00 for three street tacos. I was apologetic and appreciated the sheer obesity, sorry, absurdity of the situation. In all seriousness they were kind and apologetic themselves when I returned for the replacement.

I don’t know who the dude is who’s covered in tattoos he looks new. I think he’s new. I’ve been going there a long time, but he literally made me the best quesadilla I’ve ever had in my life and most definitely the best one I’ve ever had from there thank you
