After tonight this will be the last time we spend our money at this location. Waiting in line after paying $16 for 2 meals just for the food to be cold. Had to go back inside before even pulling out the establishment, fries were beyond cold (which was our only complaint), once arriving back home only 2 minutes away my chicken strips are cold and my wife’s burger is also cold. With there being an hour left of open services, it’s very disappointing. Not our first bad experience, but this will be the last. The gentleman working the fryer was very polite and made the transaction right.

I have been in and out of this Dairy Queen with my kids many many times. They are always so busy yet always so compassionate and caring. It doesn’t matter how busy they are. The order is always right they always take the time to listen to any thoughts or concerns you have. Today was the first time I actually ordered through the mobile app for delivery. I stopped using a lot of delivery apps because there’s always something wrong with the food usually you don’t get what you paid for or all of your stuff is not in in the Bag for the food is completely cold or so and so forth. But not this Dairy Queen the food was hot and fresh. Every single thing I ordered was in the bag, bag was completely sealed I was not short, not even a sauce. So I suggest if you wanna order something and you want what you paid for go through this Dairy Queen

I have been to this location many times over the years. Typically I have no issues. Today I had one, and if they weren't so blatantly obvious with ignoring me, I would probably let it go. I went in to retrieve my mobile order, walked over to the corner where you pick up mobile orders....never acknowledged by any of the 5 crew working INCUDING the one standing straight in my vision putting ice cream on cakes to make sandwich type things. Personally she looked at me 3 times, never said we will be right with you, or mentioned my presence to any of the other crew members. They were not unreasonably busy, they had one table in the dining room, a couple cars in the drive thru (line didn't pass the entry door) one of the crew walked past my area to deliver the food to the family at the table, and when I said excuse me TWICE he continued to walk back to the counter. When I walked over to the counter, everyone had their backs to the dining room and when I said excuse me again, one crew finally looked at me. I told them I have been waiting over there and no one acknowledged me and all I want to do is pick up my mobile order. She brings it over to me says we didn't see you and gives it to me! Not an apology, not an explanation just a flippant response. I have worked in customer service including restaurants as a server for the better part of 30 years...this is unacceptable behavior. I am disappointed as I have never been treated so poorly or disrespected at your restaurant in all the 10+ years we have been coming there. Maybe it was just an off day for your staff as they talked and laughed and goofed around with each other, but to ignore a guest is never ok.

Got a chilidog...it was almost room temperature. I thought well at least it will be super hot. How disappointed I was after having to pull into spot #2 and wait for a lukewarm hotdog. It was like eating a cold baloney sandwich. If I wasn't so hungry it being my only meal of the day, I would have got back in that long slow line and got that dog refried.

2 burgers NO CHEESE, 2 Burgers with. All had cheese, had to return for (Correction) and retrieve missing onion rings. Zero apologies, made me feel like I made the mistake because I can't eat cheese. Family wasn't able to have dinner together.
I didn’t get the young man’s name that was working there today but, his parents must be soo proud of him. He is the most mannerly young man I have met in a long time‼️thank you for all your kindness young man. You must have wonderful parents. It’s nice to see someone as young as you to take on the role of a perfect model of how a young man SHOULD ACT, I come there at least once a week now. Your fish sandwich is the bomb. Your sweet tea is to die for. No more tasteless fish and watered down sweet tea for me from MC Donald’s . ITS DAIRY QUEEN all the way for me❤️ GOD BLESS YOU YOUNG MAN 🙏

The food is good. The people are nice. But there’s a girl cleaning the tables with Windex or something that gives me a giant headache and makes my food taste bad. I’m glad they clean the tables off, but there has to be a disinfectant that doesn’t ruin the meal for customers. I won’t ever come back.
