Who ever was working the window a young woman with glasses slicked back bun and a little on the thicker side shouldn’t be working in customer service let alone the window with how rude she is. I’ll go somewhere else next time

They really need to train their employees how to properly make a ice cream cone ..Also size i ordered a large cone and it was size of small cone. I will not be going back to this D.Q anytime soon, The DQs in other areas are much better than this one in Barberton.

The Barberton location is always severely disappointing. Food is always cold and old looking and the staff is never pleasant. I’ve never seen a worker there with a smile ever. I got a chicken strip basket and everything was cold and tasted like it sat out for hours. The toast was dry and flavorless with no butter or anything. This is why I usually just make the drive to the Seville location. At least the workers there are nice and they actually put butter on the toast and make sure the food is fresh. I’ve never had an issue with the Seville location. But the Barberton one is awful.

We've been getting ice cream here every Thursday night for the last 12 years,same order every week 1 small twist cone,2 large vanilla cones,1 for me 1 for my granddaughter this week she and I said at almost the same time what's wrong with this vanilla? Number 1 it didn't melt at all and were usually scrambling to eat it fast enough,then it had literally no taste and the consistency was like straight cool whip! Now I don't know what's going on at this location but the employees are always goofin around and clowning while they work and what used to be excellent food and ice cream has fast become sub standard. I highly recommend that the owners tighten up their managers and staff and get this place back on track or you're gonna start losing buisness.
They must premake most of their food. Dump it back in fryer to warm it back up. Recieve it before you're able to pour your drink and sit down. Frequently not hot enough or overdone and hard. Obviously not

This Dairy Queen has been a staple in the community for many years- decades. It was a fun part of my childhood as well. I remember a woman working there in the 90s when I was a kid and saw her still working there a few years ago- I don’t see her anymore. She always had short curly gray hair- I hope she’s ok. A+ to this place- always great , never a bad meal and their ice cream cakes are the best around by far! Don’t be fooled by the competition!

I order the Chicken box from here bc they now have one with onion rings and I got mine and open it and 4 baby ring are in my box little bit fries like what all the employees was laughing playing around this isn’t right not when my husband order is full of cheese curls and sandwiches is full but my box isn’

I've been going here for years. I really like the food and sundaes, and it's always nice to see Melissa. She knows me, knows what food I order, gets it for me fast, and the order is always right. And she is always pleasant. I hope she's always there. She seems to really like her job.
