The absolute WORST service I have had at any establishment ever and would give zero stars if I could. First off, I placed my order at 5:00 p.m. was charged and was getting updates that my pizza was completed at 5:30 and it left the shop at 6 p.m.. We live 7 mins away from this place. The tracking updates kept getting longer and longer and at 6:45 still no pizza.
I called them but no one would bother to answer the phone and I sat on hold for over 20 minutes so I ended up just driving to the store because I was charged and I needed to get a refund. I was told by the attendant that they were closed and all orders have been cancelled and that they wont give refunds at the store. I explained that I had tracking said that the pizza was done at 5:30 on its way by 6 p.m. but he argued with me that all orders were canceled anyway.
I left and went to get food for my family since I was told my order was cancelled and ended up spending another $36 on additional food. At this point it is now 7:00 p.m. over 2 hours later and I get a call from my Husband that the pizza was delivered. Had their employee had any common sense he could have let me know my pizza was ordered.
Dealing with management wasn't any better and was also met with a shitty attitude. He seems to think it is acceptable to serve his costumers pizza that has been completed and sitting out for hours.

Only two people working today showed up at 5:20. My pizza was done at 5:32 and was one of the best pepperoni sausage pizzas I've had from Domino's. Keep up the good work and you might think about getting these two people some help for goodness sake

I had seen advertised the $9.99 pizza. When I called the Barberton location to place an order the lady told me that the price is for the red sauce only and any changes of sauce would be an up charge. I said that is not what your ad is saying. I did not go for it and said no thanks.

So mad ! 3 times out hand tossed came over an hour late and then was so thin it couldn’t hold just the cheese. I was nice and didn’t complain. So we ordered pan pizza which comes out better. I went in to pick it up and was going to give them a nice heads up about the past issue. I wasn’t even mad . The guy walked away from me twice and flat out ignored me while I was talking . Then in the middle he said “ your order is ready, anything else you need?”. Obviously he didn’t want to hear it since he kept ignoring my story. It was so dismissive and rude. I was willing to order a different style and move in but since they don’t even want to hear me out I won’t be ordering from them anymore. For YEZRS we have been consistent customers. Sometimes we even ordered every Friday. Not anymore! I can’t even get another person on the phone and see no need in contacting the store since they blew me off in person

The Pizza was amazing.. the entire hour and 20 minutes I had to wait for it. and when i called after the first hour the manager gave me attitude about it being busy, no time frame, didn't let me know anything else and hung up on me. Never ordering from this Dominoes again.

If you haven’t ordered here in a while, give them another try. This location has improved greatly over the last few weeks under new leadership.

DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE SLOW NO COMMUNICATION AND NOT TO MENTION I WAITED 1 HOUR IN THE STORE FOR MY PIZZA TO BE COLD THEY SHOULD DEFINITELY FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND DEMOLISH THE ENTIRE BUILDING WE DEFINITELY NEED A NEW DOMINIOS IN BARBERTON

Every time we do a mobile order we end up ordering it in advance and once about a half hour goes by we head to pick it up and they haven't even started making it yet, seems like their online orders are ignored completely until we show up there, never again, if it happened once understandable but twice now, we get Marcos or pizza hut mobile order and the pizza is always ready when we go to pick it up, this has ruined our night twice now!

Got a sweet deal through the app for carry out! I got my BBQ Chicken pizza with onions, and jalapeños. WOW! They cooked my pizza to perfection and the service was great.. Layla was running the store alone and she was just amazing. Smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Although she was busy she truly took the time with my order. Check this location y’all, you will not be disappointed.

This dominos is a JOKE. Ordered at 6:54, 7:54 rolls around and our order is still in prep, AFTER AN HOUR. We tried calling, sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
