Employees are rude as hell, service is terrible.they have no care for delivery people whatsoever. Worst place to pick up any delivery from. I will never respect any person that works at this establishment. Place is trash.

Had a roach run across in front of me, waitress killed it, they wanted me to pay the bill, said if I didn't they'd call the cops, can you imagine what the kitchen looks like, spoke Spanish in front of me, go to rittman or Wadsworth, they have the same menu

I've been going here since I first tried it almost 10 years ago. Hands down one of my best experiences! The food is always good, the staff has always been friendly and the atmosphere is great!

First time ordering from this restaurant. Did a to-go order for nachos supremos & when I got home all they gave me was meat & cheese (beans were on the side like I asked). I asked for jalapeño on the side & they threw a bunch of them on top. I had no sour cream, tomatoes, or shredded lettuce (like the menu states). This is terrible & then I called & was told by Olivia to call in the morning & the manager should possibly be there, talk to the manager & explain what happened. Never again & I want a full refund. I didn’t drive 15 minutes to come home with meat & cheese on nacho chips. Could’ve went to Taco Bell for this crap.

LOVE this place. BUT....you should watch your check like a hawk. The past three times I've gotten a margarita Pitcher they've charged my group double what we should have been charged. I've caught it each time and let them know. They fix it easily enough, but it's happened so frequently that I'm getting a little suspicious 👀🤣😅. Otherwise the food, vibes, and drinks are really good and worth coming back for. They are always busy, it's a very popular place. I love the super burrito and the margaritas are fantastic.
