I asked the clerk if the nut roll was fresh and she said yes. I ate it when I got home but it tasted old and stale. There was hardly any nut in it.

I wish I would've come earlier to see what they had. Instead I came in the afternoon and there wasn't a whole zlot left. After tasting what I did purchase, I understand why. Their doughnuts are soft and delicious! Customer service is great. Their bread is as good and delicious as their doughnuts! I would go there again!

I can remember my dad bringing these donuts home as a child and we looked forward to the treat. I recently moved back into the area and unfortunately my childhood experience did not translate into adulthood. I've gone back a couple subsequent times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but every time they are stale crumbly lacking taste and overpriced for what you get. Coincidentally all three visits were months apart yet the fruitcakes remains. I wonder if they're still there?

His bakery is certainly one of the best bakeries in summit county. The donuts are top-notch and fresh baked bread is delicious. The pastries are well done and the cakes are decorated nicely and moist and delicious. Closed Monday and Tuesday but don't miss out!

Nice nice to see this is still family run

Not sure if it's just cause I'm 9mo pregnant but these are the best plain glaze donuts I've ever had. Will definitely be back for more!

Dreary little dump. More interested in counting the money in the register than helping a customer.

This is a Barberton Staple for nearly 100 years. My Grandma went there ( and still does ), I went there as a kid. And at the age of 30 ( remember going when I was a kid ), picked up some Butter Bits. Just as good as I remember. Great little local business

Fantastic fresh bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goodies. Better than any packaged breads and fantastic prices.

This is an "old" Barberton favorite. "Old" being the key word in that sentence. The place is dirty, dusty, beat down and dilapidated. I bought my donuts, even though the flies in the donut case kept landing on the donuts right in front of the employee. I took them home and threw them in the trash. Who wants donuts covered in flies?

Sold us stale cookies. There wasn't much of a selection either. It's a rather sad affair I hadn't been here since the 90s. It would seem time has not been kind to this bakery. Hope things turn around for them.
