Update to my 5 star review since I can't do another one. Had a pleasant experience in store with Samantha. She took phenomenal care of us, great food, incredible customer service. Customer service like this is why we love the Barberton Jimmy John's!

Great experience overall, love the staff as per usual. But as a former employee myself I know you guys have certain color and stiffness expectations for your bread. Dave prides himself on making the perfect bread, I have no idea what manager was working tonight but I think they need some more training. My bread is hard as a rock and I have to bite into it and pull with my mouth as if I’m biting into steak. The staff was great though! Helped me very politely and made suggestions. Manager was in the back though.

I never have a visit here where I don’t wait atleast 20 minutes and get my sandwich messed up. Currently sitting in the store. They’ve had to fix my order 3 times now before even giving it to me. Room temp iq combined

If you order a giant sized sub from this place, do not have them cut it in half. The one time I order and request the sandwich cut in half, I received half of my sandwich and half of someone elses'. I've never had a problem before and really didn't think this extra step was going to be that difficult for someone to handle. Well, here we are with only half of a sandwich and an inedible half of another because it was dripping with mustard. The kicker is i wish I wouldn't have tipped. 'Merica, we have a problem. Great work! Raises for everyone!!!

I have to give them one star because I have complaint and it needs to get resolved I was charged twice for a meal I bought I don't know why that happened this needs to be resolved I'm not happy about it.

After ordering delivery, Uber delayed my order three times and ultimately lost my food after pick up. Frustrated, I called the JJ store. The managers I spoke with were so kind. They remade my sandwich and brought it to my work. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the manager that ran my food to me! They were awesome!

Had to cancel order after watching one associate toss the meat for my sandwich across counter to another associate to place on the bread.
I don’t know if they have a new manager he’s been there the last few times I’ve been there and is always helpful and respectful.

Waited for my sandwich a little bit over 20 minutes. Found out it wasn't. Even my sandwich. Went in to get refund. Lady told me I had to wait even for that. Thank you very much. You made me miss a doctor's appointment. And told no phone number to call and complain to anybody. First bad experience at a Jimmy John's

Idk how a hunters club gets way less meat than it's supposed to have because it gets called a slim behind the counter. A slim has 31 grams of protein and a hunters club says it should have around 56. That's a huge difference and every time I order a hunters club all that happens is I get skimped on the meat because they think the slim is the same thing. It's Not! Hunters club should have double the meat like it says in the description, it's not a slim! Ingredients may be similar, but Hunters Club should always have cheese and double meat according to the description! Therefore, more meat aka protein, than a Slim! Huge rip off when this happens! Simple things people. Especially for the price of these sandwiches, the least I can do is expect them to be correct!

Terrible the black tall dude that comes in during opening just come to chat and play around with the woman with the handicap arm ( Just fired them both their terrible don’t make your sandwiches right and just sit and play all day)
