Terrible the black tall dude that comes in during opening just come to chat and play around with the woman with the handicap arm ( Just fired them both their terrible don’t make your sandwiches right and just sit and play all day)

Ordered in store, specifically asked for croutons on my sandwich. The person at the register didn't know where the "add croutons" button on their screen was, so one of the line people who make the sandwiches showed them. Even after two of the three people involved in the production of my sandwich knew I wanted croutons, I still didn't get any. Take out, delivery, pick up — no matter how I do it, my order is never correct. Overall, I like the food, I just never get the correct order.

I ordered online after about 15-20min I got there and a bench was in front of the door and they were incredibly rude and much more interested in talking gossip than making my food, and even then they made my sandwich wrong and forgot my drink.

I love Jimmy John’s and order while working in Medina frequently. This location has messed up orders multiple times now, they take no responsibility to fix what they messed up and have horrible customer service.
Tonight my husband specifically ordered a sandwich made as an unwhich, he also orders it with small modifications to the free additions to the sandwich. The order was incorrect, no free additions included and it was on bread. I was willing to eat it anyways, but when I tried the tuna the salt level was inedible. I called the store and they said if I have an issue to call corporate. They blamed my husband as to why the order was wrong, and wasn’t even willing to discuss the salt levels in their inedible tuna.
If you are looking for a decent Jimmy John’s location, this is not it. Don’t give them your money.

Hit or miss on experience. My wife and I have had a few wrong orders and toppings missing when we were charged extra for them as requested. It’s not worth tipping before hand, if at all.

Jimmy John’s seems to be copying their next door neighbor Chipotle with skimping on ingredients while jacking up the price. I opened my sub to what looked like just a roll. The toppings were so light that you couldn’t even see a slit cut in the sub. 2-3 thin slices of turkey, 3-4 tomatoes, shoestring thin onion and shredded lettuce. Never had this issue before. I don’t know if I’ll be buying from here again

Follow up to original review from 3 months ago. Store refused to give refund on food that was never delivered. Store "owner" reached out to make it right. Was sent a gift card in the mail after a month of waiting that I haven't tried to use until today. Gift card has a $0 balance. What a scam.

Couldn’t even cut my bread. Workers on phones. Asked politely for extra hot peppers and barely put them on and I even tipped. Do not tip them they don’t deserve it. Never going to this jimmys johns again.

Ordered with NO ONIONS and add mayo. Got it with ONIONS and no mayo. What a disappointment! The last 3 times they messed our food up. I don't know why we keep coming back.

7pm on a Friday evening and was told out of bread. After order was taken and paid for. Then told 3 to 4 days before I will see credit. I would rate a zero if possible. Tried to go to feedback and could not get site..?
Tried to place a very simple order, the guy sounded high, and was really struggling. I've placed this order for years, no problem. Manager had an attitude. I'll go somewhere else.

Food was not delivered to my house. Called the store thinking this would be as simple as them sending a new sandwich and was told there is nothing they could do since the driver said he delivered it. I was then abruptly hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. Considering I have 2 ring cameras with no record of a delivery I can confirm it was most certainly not delivered to my house. Luckily corporate is easy to get a hold of and very helpful with starting the process to hopefully get my refund. I would avoid delivery altogether or if you must, choose the pay with cash option so this does not happen to you.
