Came to pick up a big order for Uber and was refused pick up despite the store being full of staff. The girl with pink hair behind the counter was very rude about it, despite it being my job.

I have to give them one star because I have complaint and it needs to get resolved I was charged twice for a meal I bought I don't know why that happened this needs to be resolved I'm not happy about it.

After ordering delivery, Uber delayed my order three times and ultimately lost my food after pick up. Frustrated, I called the JJ store. The managers I spoke with were so kind. They remade my sandwich and brought it to my work. I wish I would’ve caught the name of the manager that ran my food to me! They were awesome!

Waited for my sandwich a little bit over 20 minutes. Found out it wasn't. Even my sandwich. Went in to get refund. Lady told me I had to wait even for that. Thank you very much. Idk how a hunters club gets way less meat than it's supposed to have because it gets called a slim behind the counter. A slim has 31 grams of protein and a hunters club says it should have around 56. That's a huge difference and every time I order a hunters club all that happens is I get skimped on the meat because they think the slim is the same thing. It's Not! Hunters club should have double the meat like it says in the description, it's not a slim! Ingredients may be similar, but Hunters Club should always have cheese and double meat according to the description! Therefore, more meat aka protein, than a Slim! Huge rip off when this happens! Simple things people. Especially for the price of these sandwiches, the least I can do is expect them to be correct!

Terrible the black tall dude that comes in during opening just come to chat and play around with the woman with the handicap arm ( Just fired them both their terrible don’t make your sandwiches right and just sit and play all day)

Ordered in store, specifically asked for croutons on my sandwich. The person at the register didn't know where the "add croutons" button on their screen was, so one of the line people who make the sandwiches showed them. Even after two of the three people involved in the production of my sandwich knew I wanted croutons, I still didn't get any. Take out, delivery, pick up — no matter how I do it, my order is never correct. Overall, I like the food, I just never get the correct order.

I ordered online after about 15-20min I got there and a bench was in front of the door and they were incredibly rude and much more interested in talking gossip than making my food, and even then they made my sandwich wrong and forgot my drink.

NEVER order or eat at this Jimmy John’s location in Barberton Ohio.
I love Jimmy John’s and order while working in Medina frequently. This location has messed up orders multiple times now, they take no responsibility to fix what they messed up and have horrible customer service.
Tonight my husband specifically ordered a sandwich made as an unwhich, he also orders it with small modifications to the free additions to the sandwich. The order was incorrect, no free additions included and it was on bread. I was willing to eat it anyways, but when I tried the tuna the salt level was inedible. I called the store and they said if I have an issue to call corporate. They blamed my husband as to why the order was wrong, and wasn’t even willing to discuss the salt levels in their inedible tuna.

If you are looking for a decent Jimmy John’s location, this is not it. Don’t give them your money.

Hit or miss on experience. My wife and I have had a few wrong orders and toppings missing when we were charged extra for them as requested. It’s not worth tipping before hand, if at all.

Jimmy John’s seems to be copying their next door neighbor Chipotle with skimping on ingredients while jacking up the price. I opened my sub to what looked like just a roll. The toppings were so light that you couldn’t even see a slit cut in the sub. 2-3 thin slices of turkey, 3-4 tomatoes, shoestring thin onion and shredded lettuce. Never had this issue before. I don’t know if I’ll be buying from here again
