Took over an hour after order was placed, only ordered a cheese pizza and a crazy bread, store had no other customers, staff kept disappearing, as of writing this comment I still haven't gotten my food...
Update: finally brought me food but got my order wrong... with an entire hour + of waiting they still gave me an incorrect order of, precisely 2 items

Yall got mold in your pizza dough cause yall don’t know how expiration dates work. Then try to tell multiple people that it’s not mold. Disgusting!!! :)
Wouldn’t recommend ordering here , the pizza was hard and the wing was not cooked all the way and the manger got the nerve to say bring it back usually a manger will give you credit are you serious terrible experience never again!!!

I haven't had a problem with the food the couple of times I've ordered recently. HOWEVER - I need to speak on behalf of my boyfriend who recently tried to become employed with this location, because the situation is warranted.
Indeed has it posted between $11-12 starting pay for the company overall. When he went in to put his information in, the ASM put him in at under that. Two days for training. No available shirts (because the ASM has literally used them all over time), and she was extremely rude every time he had genuine and general questions.
She took his name and information down incorrectly, so he's had to constantly call down or show up to fix it. He has NOT spoken to the store manager herself at all since the hiring process started, not even sure if he has seen her in the store.
The staff are constantly calling off, according to their own word of mouth, but yet someone who actually wants and needs a job, who is willing to put in work on behalf of not just the business, but the customers who have had complaints, not being taken seriously, is appalling.
Between the tactics, the absolute fumbling of information, and the dismissive/disrespectful attitudes of the management staff, it's amazing how a place like this stays in business. Barberton already has a reputation for losing places, and the way things are run, it won't be long before the number is up.

I rarely order pizza but I’ll never give this place my business again. Gave them two tries and both were 0/10. One order took 45min longer than I was told and the other order was not made correctly AND it was disgusting. The lack of customer service from the people working here is unlike anywhere I’ve ever seen. They clearly have a problem finding decent employees. Corporate needs to fire the entire staff and try again. The reviews and pictures speak for themselves. Yikes.

We walked in to get a hot and ready pizza but it took them forever to even come and see what we needed, even though they clearly noticed we had walked in. When we finally got our pizza it was not fresh and the crust was like cardboard. I know little Caesars is usually considered sub par and I should know what to expect, but this was an exceptionally disappointing experience.

This is by far the worst food I have ever ordered. The 3 meat pizza was suppose to be freshly made but, looked like it sat around for 2 days. The Preztle stuffed crust pizza was just a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza.

If I could give less than one star I would! I received a call from my DoorDasher after about 40 minutes stating that when they arrived at the restaurant, they were told that the restaurant was too busy and was unable to make our order, so it would have to be canceled!! Approximately 10 minutes later, I received a text that said that the restaurant didn’t have the “materials“ to make one of the pizzas that I ordered, which sounds like a lie. This is very unprofessional!
They look like they are always understaffed. People have to wait like 5 minutes sometimes for them to even be served. Dont bother ordering online, it looks like they start making the food when you walk in. Consistently late with orders. If you buy from here you'll have time to write a bad review because your order will never be ready on time

The worst, ordered online with the app, arrived 25 minutes later, waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes, finally got fed up and parked and went inside, my pizza was in some pickup locker thing, got it out and it was cold, must have been sitting there the entire time, I'll never be back.

Do not recommend this little Caesar’s ! We normally eat little Caesar’s regularly spent 50 dollars here today our crazy Bread was burnt and they gave us the wrong pizza went back to get this pizza fixed employees looked high after confirming what the pizza was supposed to be and made sure they weren’t making the wrong pizza again after waiting 40 minutes they made the wrong pizza again after telling me they weren’t !! I’m normally super understanding but not in this case after having to drive here twice and still messing up the order after I explained what the order was supposed to be .

Ordered 2 pizzas that's supposed to b hot n ready. Was told 10 - 15 min wait. 54 mins later still sitting here waiting for food!! Hungary kids and late to drive in movie!! Not a Happy customer right now! Will never patronize this location again! If you can't find staff to hire, just close down🤬🤬

Ordered a pretzel pizza, paid for a pretzel pizza but what I received was not. As you can see from the picture below it was a cheap attempt at making a pizza, and this is the second time. Do not recommend.
