Wife and I just moved to the area and are trying to check out all the local places. This one unfortunately missed the mark pretty big. Might be tempted to give it a second chance but it'll be awhile.

We both got a meal and a drink and it came to $35 so already not off to a great start. There were only 2 other people eating inside but it took 40 minutes to get our food. A lot of to go orders, but still, expected some kind of priority for dine in. The cashier and the woman who brought our food said a quick apology , but that was about it.

My wife didn't finish her food, took it home just to toss it out. She got the Italian sub and pickle fries. The sub was incredibly dry according to her. I took a bite and thought it was extremely lackluster for the price point. It definitely could have used mayo, oil, vinegar, etc though.

The pickle fries were okay, very crunchy but decent flavor.

I got a specialty menu item that was a 1/2 pound burger with various toppings and fries. There were so many fries I could barely see my sandwich. However, the fries were cold, despite the long wait... and unseasoned entirely. They reminded me of fair fries which isn't the end of the world but some salt would have been nice.

The burger was good and I enjoyed it, my wife also liked it but unfortunately that didn't make up for 3/4 of our order not being very good and taking a long time.

Also a note that it is VERY loud inside. Phone ringing off the hook. Clanking of the spatulas on the grill. Some games next to the booths. Definitely not a quiet place.

We were very disappointed with this visit and hope next time is better, if there is one.

they have the best sandwiches ever love there classic burger it's huge also fried mushrooms ar3 so freaking good it's worth every penny and the prices are affordable the owners are awesome as well

Ordered a large gyro salad and a large chicken salad with dressing on both get to the house open bag realized they gave me the wrong food .Not happy but mistakes happen go back and get order .Go to get ready to eat them they didn't even have ANY OF THE DRESSINGS FOR THE TWO SALADS .This has happened to before at this place where they forget to put items you requested.Never going back again.

Yesterday was my first visit Magic City Subs and it won't be my last. I found them while looking for local-ish sandwich shops and saw that they had a Nautilus sub clone called the Houdini and had to try it. I was not disappointed - it was every bit as delicious as the Nautilus from the East Ave Captain Nemo's. I will definitely be back!

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time.. finally got near it and I got a Houdini sub and an order of baklava and it was very very good.. I highly recommend the place. I will definitely be back.

Tried this place out on a whim and thought it wasn’t bad but wasn’t very good either. Tried the Philly cheesesteak and the French dip and both just kinda tasted like salt and onions. And the onion rings were crunchy but weirdly sweet. Service was great tho

First off the gyros and fries are pretty good. The Houdini sub is also good. The magic Philly is not good at all and full of gristle. Now for the prices. When we ordered off the phone we were going by the prices on line. We figured our order would be just under $63. When we picked it up it was just over $76.93. How there could be that much difference in price is nuts! Then when I asked for a menu to take home with the real prices they said the didn't have take home menus. Pretty convenient for them. The food definitely wasn't worth that much. I would definitely not recommend them.
