Literally 0 to 1 cars in the drive thru. I drove 10+ miles to pick up an online order. The order wasn’t finished yet despite no serious queue. And the staff are really rude even when it’s the staff who are a 5x magnitude of too slow. It’s not rocket science to take patties out of hot plates and assemble a 6 part order of food. McDonald’s is an automated system that just requires factory style assembly lines to make food. The manager is the worst manager I have ever spoken to in my life.

This place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. I was pulled forward for my cup of coffee because the milk needed changed. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru and another 15 minutes inside without even being acknowledged. It was Monday dinner time, but there were over 12 people in there working thet mostly just walking around and the GM was replacing ceiling tiles. I also saw someone touch a trash can ungloved and then proceed to make someones food. When I brought it to someones attention that I had been waiting on a coffee she yelled at me to speak to a manager.

They allow teenager to vape inside its a flop house for underage vaping. Most don't even buy anything... regardless of the laws, state no one should vape or smoke inside or within 25 feet of doors... I have proof I also have medical issues they been notified time after, yet they sided with the illegal vaping per managers allowing it... now I have medical bills and copd exacerbation... I have videos... per ohio laws video in public view is legal...

I’m only giving it a 1 star because you can’t go lower. Service HORRIBLE…..Food HORRIBLE. Explain how you go pick up a mobile order, not one car in the line or no one in the dining area yet you have to wait. Then while at the window waiting you see several team members just walking around on their phones and your handed at first the wrong order and when you ask for fresh food being told you need to wait even longer than what you waited before with no apologies. No wonder why this location gets a bad rap here in town. I’ll just go to the Coventry location from now on

One of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. My food wasn't prepared right when I asked for something extra, the fries are over cooked & not fresh, & even the Coke syrup-water mixture was off. Didn't even taste like Coke. I'll never be back. Too many oopsies (mistakes) & I'm gone.

I really don’t like causing trouble at all and I usually just pay the price, but I was quoted 11.38 for 20 piece nugget when online and every time I go in person to order it is 7.89. I was asking what happened barely was telling me anything, charged me then handed me the receipt. Saw they charged me for two 10 pieces, and I was like this is not how I ordered it, and they got the manager. The manager came and was like we don’t have the same prices as online, one I just used the app, two every time I go to that location it’s rang up as 7.89 but different this time, and the manager didn’t even look at my phone or look at the computer at all. I think the person who rang me up did it on accident and no one cared to fix it, so I asked for my refund and went to Norton down the road. Went there and the girl in the front said have a blessed day, and rang the 20 piece up as 7.89 not to mention Barberton didn’t even get my sauces correct, but anywho I didn’t even have to say anything to Norton they had the price I was talking about and they were just more nicer overall and happy to be there. I understand mistakes happen, but no one was trying to fix it the two of them were glancing at the computer and talking to me never typed anything out, so you didn’t try to fix it, I’m sorry but might just go to Norton and that it from now on, because I got upset and usually I just pay, but after just trying to fix the little mistake I was told I was wrong and that the app is useless, but it’s not the app this is McDonald’s prices so make it make sense.
