“Open 24 Hours” yet I go around Midnight since I work late nights and they are only doing DoorDash orders….why only do DoorDash Orders. Poorly ran. Awful idea. Fits the atmosphere for Barberton?

The lightskin lady & the other white lady (I think the manager) were very sweet. The food was out in 30 seconds, which I’ve never experienced before and there was a decent amount of people in the dine in area. Food was hot and good! 5/5 never seem service like this in any other area.

As I stand in the lobby amongst 4 other waiting customers, a worker lady puts my drink on the counter and walks away WITHOUT SAYING A THING. Leaving us to wonder whose drink is it until we were able to get an employee to tell us.I get it, Gen Z is isolated, introverted, and all that but D*MN. Are they still teaching basic customer service? I don’t need a fake “have a nice day” or anything but AT LEAST INFORM ME WHEN MY ORDER IS READY please.
Was pretty fast but one lady wanted to spray counter while drinks and food was being put on counter ! Was kinda upset with her not mcdonalds at all!!!
