Love the burgers and fries but drinks are skimpy and served with too much ice. I also ordered mushroom and Swiss burgers with double meat and got home to single patties. Second time this has happened. Love the staff. Always so friendly!

I ordered and went to the window and paid. I was then told to drive around to the other drive thru lane to get my food. I've never had to do this. The other lane had 3 cars already in it waiting for food. It was over 10 minutes before I got to the window and my order wasn't even done.

Two Deep Sea Doubles for $6.50. Can't beat that deal. Got 2 with cheese only & they were a nice size. Alittle wait for them, but worth it. Ate one right away & saved the other for later.

It had been a while since I had been to a Rally's, I ordered 4 large milkshakes, the new cups are super small now. I won't be back , the price is NOT worth the purchase. Thanks Rally's for the disappointment.

I placed an order on doordash for the Wooster road rallys. The food was cold , fries half full. Burgers completely wrong. I'm allergic to onions and asked for none. But received plenty of onions. Didn't get the bacon or cheese on the second burger. Doordash would only give me an $8 credit. Doesn't seem right. I get that things get messed up or missed . I get that people have to train ..I get all that. I called rallys, and she told me to call doordash. I got a call back from rallys. The GM named Katie, called and apologized. And she did her best to make it right with me. I cannot appreciate that more. She stated she did have someone in training, and yes, the order did get messed up. But she owned up and fixed it. That's what I will remember from this experience. Thank you Katie

I took 3 bites out of the burger and was so disgusted I threw my sandwich away. That was the first time in my life I couldn’t finish a burger. Then, I woke up in the middle of the night to throw it up. I’m never going back to Rally’s

I wasn't crazy about the garlic sauce on my chicken sandwich, but the burger was great, seasoned fries were amazing. Food was hot, fresh & served quickly.
