Moved to Ohio few months back, never hurd of "Rally's" we (my family of 3 full time food eaters) got excited as it reminded us of "Tom Whals" back in Home state. Sorely mistaken, rough service but was detailed on menus, food came more DIY than ready to eat. Well handled at the speaker, huffy attitude at window. Counted items as it was busy in parking lot across the way, headed home, opened first package as pictured. Maybe trying another location as this one does have Reviews I should preview before purchasing.

While the food is good, it helps if you get what you ordered. Out of 3 sandwiches, 2 were right. If you don't have Co2, an upgrade should be given. NOT WATER. Maybe offer a free dessert instead? But MOST OF ALL, DO NOT GET CRAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY CALL YOU OUT ON IT AND SAY THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO. There is a customer service number and it was used in this case. Will not be going back.

Ordered a drink through the rally mobile app. They told me they couldn't give me the drink and to just refund on the app, but there is no option to refund on the app. No one was helpful and pretty much told me to figure it out
The last 6 times I have been there, they have been either exact cash only, no credit card, closed, system down or something else was going on.

I was missing 2 fries from my combos drove out parking lot before I noticed pulled in next door had my friend run over and cashier said I didn't think you wanted them because you got loaded fries .....Um ok I paid for all of it combos come with fries she then only gave my friend 1 ? stating we would have to wait about 10 minutes for second one??
