Owner very unprofessional!! she is definitely overwhelmed and I can see why no one was working for her! threatened to call the police on us because she is on a power trip stating we had no idea what we were talking about about when the cheese was stone cold on a hot Italian sub. Owner is very nasty and should not own any establishments. I would avoid her !! she owns cheers and tomasso!!!

We went in and sat at tables. Had to get our own menus. Nobody served us. We sat and sat until we left. Was looked at multiple times by staff. Sad

What a great bar , Paula the host an owner makes you feel at home the food is fantastic the service is fantastic, great music ,one of the best bars in Akron that I’ve been to keep up the good work
