i have been to this taco bell location MULTIPLE times, and every time i order here, they never fail to mess it up. i just went there this evening and ordered 2 CHEESE quesadillas, nacho fries, and some cinnabon delights. At the speaker, the employee failed to ask me if i wanted any sauces, never got my mild sauce. Then, I pull up to the window for my order, i check everything in the bag and see it’s okay, and then i drive home. I arrived and opened my quesadillas, only to find out they gave me chicken. I don’t want to drive back to the establishment, so i just picked off the chicken, but my quesadilla still tastes like it. Now i’ve just waisted 22 dollars on something i can’t eat. They’ve messed up like this before, failing to give me my nacho fries, only giving me one thing from my order, etc. i’m sick of it. the employees are rude and disrespectful, only occasionally will you actually find someone who doesn’t give you a dirty look when you tell them something is wrong with your order. i’ve gone inside before and the place looks absolutely disgusting, and the employees barely pay attention to people inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have tried this taco bell several times. Every time something is wrong, or the food is a wreck. Last time it looked like an MMA fighter punched all of my tacos. And my nachos and cheese were just 5 loan chips thrown in the bag. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Barberton one.

When I went last week, they were not open at their posted hours. I pulled into the drive thru a little after 12 am last Friday and was told that they were closed over the speaker. Posted hours say open until 3 am. Went down the street to Norton Taco Bell and they were open.

Tonight my girlfriend went through the drive through to get me food, she ordered and got all the stuff at the window, got back home and all of it was wrong, i called the taco bell and was told if i came back i would be compensated for my troubles and given replacement. So since i was told i was being compensated i assumed that meant i was getting my money back. i got to the taco bell and was not given a refund, i feel disrespected and lied to.
