Tonight my girlfriend went through the drive through to get me food, she ordered and got all the stuff at the window, got back home and all of it was wrong, i called the taco bell and was told if i came back i would be compensated for my troubles and given replacement. So since i was told i was being compensated i assumed that meant i was getting my money back. i got to the taco bell and was not given a refund, i feel disrespected and lied to.

Wasted 20 minutes of my time waiting on an order that apparently got handed out to someone else.
Absolutely awful. They take your order then tell you to hold on multiple times. Then when you’re done ordering they make you sit at the intercom until they tell you to pull forward. It can be 5,10,15 minutes before you get to pull up forward. If they can’t handle the speed of the business hire more people or transfer from other stores to keep up the volume.

Disappointed. All I ordered was 2 pinto and cheese and a cheese roll up. My roll up was good but the pinto and cheese were ice cold! Will not be going back. The quality of the food has gone down. Will start making it at home.
