I decided to try Wink’s for the first time yesterday and it was a very disappointing first time visit. First, when I walked in the waitresses did not greet me or come to take my order until after another guest told them I wanted to place an order and even still I waited 10-15 minutes just to place my order. Second, my order was terrible. I ordered the wink melt, some fries and a milkshake. The wink melt barely had a patty on it. Also, it had raw onions instead of caramelized onions, also the rye bread was hard and tasted like it had been sitting out. Next, the milkshake was so sweet and had so many Oreo cookies in it that it wasn’t a milkshake because I couldn’t sip it through the straw due to having so many cookies in it. I spent over $20 on this meal just to be disappointed. The service was terrible and the waitresses were more interested in carrying in side conversations than actually serving guests. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment.

Came to Wink's for the second time because first time was okay. We pulled in an sat in are truck. They had clearly had a car show that day. We waited for about a half hour and no one came. I called in and asked if they were still open for business, the lady said yes. I stayed back that I was just wondering because we have been out here waiting for awhile now. She hung up. So we sat waiting still. After another half hour sitting in our truck with the lights on and still no waitress, another customer came up to us and asked if we would turn off our lights. At that point we had had enough and just left. From our last visit to this one the service standards have gone down hill

I go to the weekly car shows here on Saturdays. I've had their burgers which are really good. I like that they have a make your own burger option, a lot of places don't have that. I get sautéed mushrooms, onions, and swiss cheese. The fries are really good too.
