We spent over$40 for cold old food. Brown fries. Ice cold burgers. Incorrect order. Had to sit several minutes in the drive through with no one else in line because no one would answer the intercom. We ordered bacon fries and the cheese wasn't melted from how old everything is and they just put a couple slices of bacon on top. Terrible service. Terrible food. High prices for poor quality

ZERO STARS!!!!! After my boyfriend walked back in to get the sauces for our food he was being spoken about by an employee. After confronting the employee who’s name is Matt about him accusing my boyfriend of being rude to him and other from a past experience which my boyfriend has NEVER Matt kept saying it was my boyfriend. I’m the one who orders the food in the drive thru (my boyfriend walked inside this encounter) and he came in this ONE TIME. The lady manger was quick to intervene and spoke to my boyfriend and apologized for MATT’s actions and behavior. I really hope your management team reviews this and taking care of this matter with this specific employee. Also with preparing food you should wear your hair nets and beard guards….

Literally deserve no star. Employees are rude. The phone doesn't work so how can u call them. They always canceling orders if there is more then 2 items. Always forgetting food. To be honest don't ever come to this Wendy's. It is the worst!!!!

I felt so silly here, I went here for Veterans Day to get the free breakfast for veterans. Even though they told me it was free I still got into autopilot mode and drove up to the pay window. They must have thought I had no brain cells, but the food was fantastic highly recommended

Be aware that the drive thru will pull you forward for no reason at all. Even after you ask if they intend to pull you forward before you pay for your food. Only to run your card and then ask you to pull forward. Every. Single. Time. It wouldn’t be so bad if they did t make you wait 10-15 minutes to bring out your food.
Forgot almost everything I ordered I did not realize until getting home it’s so late with nobody there you would think everything would have been there. I’m missing my fry out of a biggie bag a whole combo sandwich and the fry! Forks for the loaded fry’s and the salads missing the ranch. Chicken nuggets look like they have been sitting forever. Some people work all day spend there hard earned money and don’t have time to cook with mouths hungry at home and literally half the order missing is ridiculous. The phone don’t even ring I wonder why. Crazy spending the amount of money you do here let alone not even getting the product. This place is always forgetting stuff or just gross. This is not the first time they have did this. I will never go back to this particular Wendy’s ever again.

Quite possibly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to or ordered from. Both times I’ve placed a delivery order, they’ve been out of what I’ve ordered and there was plenty of space to order restock. They also make no effort to refund or replace what’s ordered.

recently, i ordered a twenty-piece nugget meal. i received two ten-piece containers and one of them was only holding nine nuggets. i thoroughly searched my automobile for nearly two hours before returning to the car park to retrace my steps in hopes of finding the missing nugget on the pavement. as evening approached, i had the ominous realization that perhaps the faculty was at fault and forgot to include ten nuggets in the container. my speculation resulted in a short lived catharsis, ending in dismay.
