Wendy’s employees thought they would be cute today…I asked for light ice and instead they filled the cup and I mean top to bottom to where my straw couldn’t even get through it at first, when I finally finagled it down, it cracked in the middle due to the struggle. Luckily I had another straw in the car. If you hate your job that much, find a new one, don’t work to tarnish the companies name by receiving bad reviews.

Food is always delicious, incredibly friendly staff, nice quiet and tucked back away from the high way but close enough for quick trips. Wendy's also is wallet friendly. I eat there almost daily for lunch. Keep up the stellar work. 🤘

1/15/2026 Went back today and had the freshest Double Stack, it was so good I could barely taste it i ate it so fast.

My family is fairly large, and Wendy’s is usually our go-to when we don’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, the past few visits to this location have been very disappointing, which is frustrating because this store used to be great.
When you spend over $100 on food, you expect decent service and—at the very least—correct orders. That did not happen. Several chicken sandwiches had no chicken at all, the Baconator had no bacon, and a Dave’s combo was completely missing. To make matters worse, we ordered chicken nuggets for multiple children and found only ONE nugget in the entire bag.
Mistakes happen, but this many errors in one order is unacceptable. It’s a shame to see this location go downhill so badly. We used to rely on this Wendy’s, but after repeated issues like this, it’s hard to justify coming back

Can’t call the store your number is out of service !!! Didn’t get the receipt !!! Nasty food !!! Burger cold. Fries so hard you can’t eat them. Cobb salad bacon wasn’t cooked and chicken was nasty. Can’t get in touch with anyone !!!!

NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS HIDDEN IN A CORNER No cheese on bacon cheeseburger aked for extra onion added to my chicken received only one ring no ice in machine and best of all a manager took an order outside touched doors pants hair etc got back on table WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES AND STARTED MAKING FOOD
To be fair the cashier with purplish red hair was AWWWESOME that's why ya got that 5 in service

I’m not one to take the time to write bad reviews but I’ve had 2 recent bad experiences. I’ll preface this by saying I don’t expect fast food service and quality to be 5 stars but I at least expect my order to right. The first time we went a couple weeks ago, they didn’t put the chicken on our CHICKEN biscuits and they put American cheese on my maple bacon chicken sandwiches like wth just completely messed up our order. Fast forward to today, we couldn’t remember if this was the same Wendy’s so we went back, and i had to repeat my entire order 3 times even tho I spoke very clearly and slowly and paused in between each food item I said. I always make sure to be very clear when ordering so there’s no confusion or wrong food ordered so that interaction was a little frustrating but whatever I brushed it off. When we got our food and drove away from Wendy’s (our mistake) and checked our food a couple minutes later, they didn’t put bacon on my maple BACON chicken sandwiches. So I will be making it a point to not go to this Wendy’s

I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich ($6.29) and what I received was honestly a joke. The bun was much smaller than usual, and the chicken patty was barely bigger than a chicken nugget, definitely not what I’ve received in the past or what’s advertised. When I went back to complain, I was told there was “nothing wrong with the order” and that nothing could be done. Seriously? Very disappointing. Poor quality and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely worse store around they told me not to eat here because their rewards never work. Guy behind the counter extremely unprofessional and I use to work for this company completely down hill must be time for new management. Would recommend any other fast food over this in eastgate never had a fast food interaction like it. DO BETTER WILLIAMSBURG IS BLOWING THIS STORE OUT OF THE WATER. Dirt store, poor service sldidnt even get food to eat what a horrible place to be 1 Star all the way!!

Been going here for years and they consistently mess up my order. Staff doesn’t pay attention to order and it’s always wrong. Never going here again neither should you. Make sure you get a receipt because they will stiff you.
