I've had the ribs, chicken, Po' Boy, the beans and the slaw. All are excellent, we've been there for dinner 3 weeks in a row and plan to go next Tuesday as well. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and prompt.

The Rib Factory has great ribs, beans, slaw and now pulled pork sliders and Po Boy sandwiches. They are now the "guest chef" at Mr Zubs in Highland Square every Tuesday. Drop in for lunch and dinner!

Family owned business that have a passion for what they do. You can taste the love that they put into their food and craft.The ribs were perfectly done, absolutely no need for BBQ sauce, it came right off the bone and melted in your mouth.The coleslaw was simple, yet refined and delicious.
