The hostesses were rude.

Gabby did a great job. Food was delicious.

Had a great experience at Arrabiata’s in Bay Village. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and chicken Alfredo, and both were delicious. The Alfredo was creamy and flavorful, and the bread was soft and fluffy. The butter served with the bread was especially good.

Our server, Gabby, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food and great service. We will definitely be back!

This place is a joke. The salad was 5 pieces of pepperoni, 2 blk olives and a flat plate full of cheap lettuce. That's it. The ravioli appeared to be made with white cheese Wiz. Tasted like a dirty sock. Meat ball tasted like spoiled veal. I couldn't eat it. Sent it back. I ordered a beer. The bottle had foam sticking out the top. I had to suck the beer through the neck because it was warm, sent it back. The wife liked her filet mignon. For $43 she got a crummy, cheap salad, piece of steak, a bunch of steamef broccoli pieces that had nothing on it, and a small saucer of linguine noodles with marinara sauce plopped on top. That's it! No flavor. No spices.
OBVIOUSLY NO ONE CARED ABOUT FOOD QUALITY. IT FELT LIKE A NURSING HOME CAFATERIA. WAITRESS WAS SCARCE. THEY MUDT NOT HAVE A CHEF. A MANAGER NEVER CAME OVER TO TALK TO ME. SO, I PAID $48 PLUS TIP FOR MY WIFES CRUMMY MEAL AND WALKED OUT TO NEVER, EVER COME BACK. The experience could have been salvaged if a Manager would have cared one little bit. This place is a huge rip off!!!!

The food is good, portions have gone down

Food is outstanding but the menu online is very outdated. It shows the dinner (2 pieces of chicken) portion of chicken d'agnese at $16.99 but it's $25.00. They should update the info.

The restaurant is very nice and a local hangout. Food is very good but not spectacular. Overall, a nice place for dinner.

Called last minute for catering same day and they were gracious enough to get it for us. The food was amazing as per usual! It so nice to have such a great restaurant right down the street. Highly recommend!!

We were not regulars and it showed. Service was very slow as our server had long conversations with her regulars. Food was not as described. We have lived in Westlake for 14 years. Would not return.

Went here the waitress wasn’t friendly and cared more about other tables more it was our anniversary and the food was tasteless

This place is such a lovely place especially when there’s nice weather they’re patio. It was just perfect. Customer service is just wonderful. I really feel like your family there. You really do. I thought. I already posted a review because I love this place so much last time. I particularly like going early.

Came here after a beach trip! Service was above and beyond, the food was fresh and we were welcomed with bread and butter! We got the calamari which was amazing! Super comfy atmosphere. Very good if your hungry!
