I went to pick up 2 bourbon chicken meals but I didn't get any of the juice from the chicken which my chicken was dry as well as my rice my meal wasn't as enjoyable as the last!

Food continues to remain consistent over the years, and sometimes there is nothing like settling a craving for mall Chinese takeout. However, prices continue to increase and I haven't once been given the price as advertised on the marquee behind that staff providing this service. I end up paying more than the deals shown even when I ask for what is shown.

i’ve been coming to this location and the location in Great Lakes Mall for years. over time the quality of food has gone down significantly and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. additionally, this location in Beachwood place charges an extra $0.60 per entree for orange chicken and general tso’s chicken which is completely unreasonable and unexplained. i am not sure i will be back to this location.
