The cook was excellent, his name is Antwon. He was VERY clean and professional. He made sure we were happy with our meal. Antwon engaged with us as he was cooking. The server was very nice also, I can't remember her name. My husband glass was never empty. She packed our food up and as did we need anything else. Best dinning experience so far
As much as I like Benihana this experience was not that good. We were seated immediately and then we waited 30 min to get water. 4 people from our table walked away, they were parents with children, they could not stand the wait. Afterwards, once they started taking care of us, everything was great. And the food was fabulous as usual. So, I am sorry to have to report this experience.
We had a beautiful time. The chef was very nice, energetic and engaging. The waiter was awesome. He kept smiles on our face and always available when needed. Thank you for making our family outing 🤩 fun and rememberable.
Took almost an hour for the hibachi chef to start our meal. Was a 2.5 hour dining experience with four young kids. Waitress was apologetic but did not offer any relief on our bill.
I wanted Udon noodles they give us spaghetti noodles. Very unexceptionable because the prices are high also we got shrimp and tbey cut them and we should have been given full shrimp
Alex (Shrimp Shady) was our chef and he made our delicious meal even better with his humor and personality. He made our daughter's birthday so fun.
Service was particularly bad the last time we ate there. Took over 50 minutes to get salad served.
We went to Benihana's for my daughter's birthday. There were 5adults and 3kids. Antwan the chef was so entertaining, enthusiastic, and engaging. But I was not prepared for how extremely HIGH the bill came to for the amount of food that we received. Why the food was delicious we hardly received any vegetables. Our food was not worth a total of $416.00. A glass of ice tea was $4.50, chicken and shrimp hibachi delight for two was $98.00. To top it off we received a service charge of $68.00, that we were not expecting. We could've went to Samurai and spent half the amount and gotten way more food.
We had a great birthday meal for our son! Thanks for making it so special and delicious!!

Nice laid-back atmosphere however the food was horrible sushi was dry shrimp fried rice had 2 shrimp cut up in the bowl, it was also dry. Left there feeling like i hadd been scammed out of my money. Seems like a cheap restaurant trying to charge fine dining prices. HORRIBLE. The 18%annuity for 2 people is OUTRAGEOUS

I have never left a restaurant review. With a current review of 3.5 stars I was honestly ready to be disappointed. The service, drinks, food, and atmosphere were all spectacular. We had two tables with 6 kids - total chaos - and they could not have been more accommodating. They also sang for my nephew’s 11th bday which was nice. Elo was our chef and I give him his own 5 stars as well. A little pricey but for good food and experience it was worth it.
