Online order was not ready, told 20-40min wait on carry out orders when arrived to get my order, the cashier never communicated with me about my order, she did not have on a name tag, staff needs retraining on customer service bad, and needs to have a hiring event, understaffed. Food was good the experience waiting on it made it bad.

The omelette was full of oil and my friend decided not to eat it. The waitress was neat and professional but could have checked on our satisfaction/needs another time or two and wrap up the service but she disappeared. Cant recommend until the cook gets retrained.

They were pretty busy while I was there so I'm taking that into consideration in my reasoning for giving "service" only 4 stars. I ordered scrambled eggs w/ cheese & the square potatoes. While I asked that the eggs be cooked so they were not at all runny, when they were brought to me, they were very over cooked & they were so cold the cheese would not melt on the eggs. I was extremely disappointed. It will be a long time before I go there again.

I was a cook for Bob evans for awhile and the host on would not open one whole section and made use waite on a Sunday 1100am then the the peolpe waiting on table were very slow it was very dirty. The one I worked could run circles around this one.

Placed a to go order, picked it up and came home, the sausage patties weren’t fully cooked. The portions were kids size. I added onions to my hash browns and ended up with more onions than I did hash browns smh, highly upset!!!!!
