1 cook a full restaurant. Horrible slow. Don’t eat here unless u have a lot of time to spare.There was no one here when we got here. 32 min still waiting for our food terrible. Ready to leave

The only good thing about our visit was the food that the cooks prepared. They were the only ones that didn't drop the ball. Everyone else from the greeter to the servers to the General Manager dropped the ball severely. My family's and my experience was awful and if this was my first experience at a Bob Evans I'd never go back. We had to ask for a highchair 3 times, had to wait over 30 minutes for our drink order to be taken, which the first time it was taken by a manager and never brought to us. We had to ask for refill on our drinks, cream for our coffee and then was brought our bill without being asked if we wanted anything else. We had problems since we walked into the restaurant , the wait was long even though the restaurant only had a few tables, there was no one around to ask for help in a relatively empty restaurant and never saw one manager to offer help or to make it right. Saying that our experience was terrible was an understatement. We were traveling home that day, it put us behind in our travels because things took so long. Extremely unhappy about this place.

I love this place. The food is great, service is great and LaTanya is a wonderful waitress. She made us feel at home and made sure we had all we need. Perfect place for breakfast.

Will never go here again. If traveling, avoid!! The majority of staff have attitudes, super slow service while restaurant is empty and 2 of the 4 servers are leaning against the counter on their phone. Food order was wrong, had to keep reminding server what we ordered and what we needed. Took a half hour from the time we were seated before our order was taken and placed. Put a damper on our travel day because we all left annoyed and frustrated after having spent 2 hours there for such terrible service. Manager seems indifferent and oblivios to what is going on in his restaurant, with his customers or his staff. I say keep driving!

Was in the area and decided to stop for breakfast. It was a nice crowd but not too crowded. The food seems like it took forever and when it did come it was cold and potatoes were burnt had to wait an additional 7 minutes or so for toast because I was told it was burnt. The only thing good I have to say is the server was nice. I will not be back.

Faithful Foodie

Really enjoyed the Wildfire salad. Whoever put this salad together knew how to put flavors together! In addition, the bread was fresh right out of the oven. Service was polite, personable, and professional. A great lunch!

Brandon/shift lead...HERO !!John/server, different section...HERO !!JESSICA/server, our table...ZERO !!!Our daughter/dad brunch was RUINED by our unpleasant, unprofessional, uncaring, totally useless server, JESSICA. After placing our orders and receiving our first coffee's we both received an uttered "uh-huh" to our thank-you. Part of the food order had to be sent back twice since it was not prepared to the level requested. This prompted the arrival of Brandon, who was very sympathetic and understanding of our complaints. He ensured our order was prepared correctly, and John refilled our empty coffee cups. Several more unprofessional interactions with JESSICA included our empty plates being left on the table, cream being lazily tossed onto the table, and no chance for additional ordering or coffee. We gladly accepted the to go containers Brandon offered, tipped John and Brandon who had gone out of their way to provide the service JESSICA was so lacking in and left. Finding proficient servers is hard in today's world. However, employees like JESSICA will make it very difficult for us to find a reason to return to this establishment.

The counter person wearing glasses was very helpful. I walked in to order biscuits and gravy and was greeted. My service was fast. Food was hot. Great customer service and clean restaurant.

This location was unable to accommodate my party's request for a booth. Seems like a poor policy. I'm less likely return to this restaurant.
