While I have always enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches at this establishment, I am disappointed by the behavior of one of their employee. I’ve encountered the employee on multiple occasions. I don’t know her name but she’s the white female with dark hair and black glasses. She’s unprofessional but also quite rude for no reason! She seemed uninterested in providing quality service, and when I asked her a question about what bagels are still available, her response was curt...
We ordered bagels and coffee for a breakfast party; I was so impressed with the service and deliciousness of the food and coffee. Our bagels were packaged in a large box. The coffee extras (cream, stirs, sugar, cups/lids) came in separate boxes. all of our order was ready, and the server packed everything with care and was friendly and helpful.
This location is clean, the service is prompt, and the workers are polite and personable. I’m a regular as it’s the best place near by for a good bagel sandwich. They remember my name and greet me when I come in. I’ve been to other locations and have seen inconsistent cook quality on the bagels. At this location, I’ve always gotten consistently well baked bagels.
