While I have always enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches at this establishment, I am disappointed by the behavior of one of their employee. I’ve encountered the employee on multiple occasions. I don’t know her name but she’s the white female with dark hair and black glasses. She’s unprofessional but also quite rude for no reason! We ordered bagels and coffee for a breakfast party; I was so impressed with the service and deliciousness of the food and coffee. Our bagels were packaged in a large box. The coffee extras (cream, stirs, sugar, cups/lids) came in separate boxes. all of our order was ready, and the server packed everything with care and was friendly and helpful.
