Food would be great if I ever get to the pint that I get it. Half the time I show up whether it's 11am on a Saturday, 4 pm on a Thursday, or 1145am on a Tuesday, I've never made it through in less than 20 minutes. The food is always great but it's just never worth going because it's not fast food if I have to stand by the counter and wait 30 minutes or sit in a drive through for 30 minutes just to get my food.

The staff was rude and dissmissive of us. Our order was missing fries, and the person filling the orders (I could not see her name tag) was clearly aggitated, asked for a receipt (which was not given to us), and then ignored us while we waited for 15 minutes for her to turn back around. Finally one employee (Aaron) came back to help me out. By the time I got back to the table, the food was cold, and I found out both of our kids meals were wrong as well. Completely disappointed.

Went to Beachwood Place Mall Chick-fil-A on 11/30/24. The female that took our order. ARIKA, was rude and dismissive. She made no eye contact, did not greet us, and argued with me regarding if they had “Texas Pete” hot sauce, which she maintained that “they didn’t have any hot sauce.” Is THIS who you want representing your company?! The store number is #00016, my order number was #4192504. She needs be trained on proper etiquette.

rudest worker i ever experienced, did not say anything even when i greeted them, slammed the register and was petty with everything she said. the food was also disappointing and unlike the usual for chick fil a. all the workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there and made it extremely obvious.
I was a little surprised at this location honestly. I came in and ordered lunch for me and a coworker and from the start,I felt completely rushed. After being asked 3 times in less than 2 minutes what I wanted or if I needed help finding anything,I went ahead with ordering our food. When I reached the car and got what we had ordered it was as if the bun had gotten soaked by something and the chicken itself was barely warm like it had been sitting for quite some time. So I go back in and told the manager,who got really bothered by me asking to replace the sandwich,what was wrong and I was told "can't you see we are busy?" So after waiting 7 minutes for a replacement I asked for a refund and was then told be patient,they are making sure I get a fresh sandwich. Needless to say,the chicken was far overcooked. I will never spend another dollar here,that is a guarantee!

Good food . Horrible service. Horrible!!!!!!!! 3/19 6:11 pm. I was picking up an order for Uber Eats and the 1 lady and 2 girls acted like I wasn't even there.... They should be fired!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!! They're bad for business.

I haven't had Chick-fil-A in a while but the line is always wrapped around the corner when I go pass I just can't hang with how many chemicals they continuously put in the food and I thought I was getting something wholesome going to this place that's not true!!

Chick-fil-A I think has to be the best fast food restaurant. Their food is so consistently good, the staff are always friendly, and they're always the pinnacle of efficiency in their service which they have to be with how long their lines always are. The Beachwood mall location is no exception, highly recommend going here if in the area!
