i've been here for lunch and it was always good, but I have to say the dinner menu options and quality of the food was fantastic! The service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed everything! We will be back again soon
Greater was friendly and made it a point to wish a Happy Birthday to one of our party members. Upon being seated we noticed it was cold in the restaurant. Not bad for myself but the girls were very cold towards the middle of our diner. We ordered Lobster Queso - Highly recommended! Dinner was good but a couple side came out a little cold and the Tomahawk Pork was slightly undercooked along the bone. Ribeye steak was cooked great and Salmon was as well. A little disappointed we did not receive a birthday dessert for dinning in. Would recommend this a couple going out. A large group however would be difficult to seat.
We were assigned a booth for 6 people and it was a little tight, so we requested a table. They honored our request and we were seated at an available table. This resulted in a change of servers. I felt bad about that, but next time, I will make sure to request a table. Overall, the situation was handled well.
Greeted by everyone in the front. The manager was a wonderful young man. Our server Diamond was very good. She was attemtive and personable. Food was amazing! No complaints in the party I was with!
The parmesan crusted chicken had a huge portion but it was dry. Our waitress was attentive until she was assigned a large party. We were held hostage waiting on her to take their orders before she could return to take our payments. If I would have known that, I would have taken a refill for my water when she asked.
Not a bad place. Good was average, the menu is a fine. Served truly seemed out of it - slow to approach, sluggish in her interactions with me,and didn't get my order quite right (she should write things down).
We were sat in a very nice booth towards the back of the restaurant. I was happy to be placed there until all of the staffers would lean up against the back of the booth – for context, the kitchen line was directly behind us - so I get it, that's what servers, runners and line managers do. However, I had the perfect view directly to them and it was just odd and felt unprofessional. Also, they stack all of the menus they remove from tables and place them right there on the booth ledge and one even fell off and hit my colleague. The servers response, "oh.. sorry." With zero emotion. Odd ... but again, okay, I guess. Food took a pretty long time too. The appetizers were delivered to us in the time it would feel when your main dinner should've gone out. Anyway, overall, I love Firebirds (I typically frequent at other Firebird restaurant locations) and the other location I frequent, genuinely feels a lot more 'leveled up' compared to this one.
Server seemed rushed and not overly friendly. They had no bread service with diiner. The server said they were out of bread already. We had a 530 reservation, and they were out.
It was great food was amazing and that cheesecake was to die for and the host and waitress was great
Our server Sammy was oustanding, professional, and courtesy . Had a wonderful birthday dinner.

Creature of habit, I had the Firebirds Chicken Pasta. No appetizer or dessert this time. Food was plentiful and delicious. I alwsys have enough to take home for another serving and a half. Service was good. I was a little disappointed that the bar wouldn't accommodate me by serving another glass of wine after I requested it from a random server because it was closing. Had my server come back before closing, i would have gotten my wine. Only complaint.
Our waitstaff, Nyla, & the others were attentive. Enjoyed our meal. From our Side Mixed Green Salads, the Cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup, my NY Strip Steak with Loaded Baked Beans & Karen's Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich with Fries.
We had a surprisingly wonderful time. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Thank you for making hubby's bday special
Firebirds is an attractive restaurant with great food. Our waitress Dominique was very patient with us and had a good sense of humor. She made lunch fun. I would definitely go again.
2nd time here. The quality of the food was great. Our waitress was very nice. The overall service was not as good this time, however I do suspect they were either short staffed or have a whole host of new people who are learning- it was evident when the 2 that brought our food could not identify each dish correctly (a pasta, a summer dish , steaks), they also had not provided the summer special menu when we sat down- we had to ask for it, the drinks took forever to come out but that was explained that the bar tender was new so understandable- they were very good drinks when they did come. We asked for 2 items that did not come until we asked several times. The dinners came out too quickly after the appetizer and salads- they need to learn to space this out a little better- timing is everything. Our booth had crumbs on the seats when we were sat. Overall this will not deter me from coming back as the waitress and staff were all very nice and it certainly looked like they were trying so I feel like cutting some slack here is needed. Just be aware if you go this could happen for awhile- be patient and kind and give them a chance- you will not regret it.
