Very dissapointing experience. We went monday night this week for the first time. We were not impressed at all. Our waiter was sweet, but she was very slow and would dissapear for long periods of time. Does management or the hostess balance the tables? Because it made sense when I saw later she was also serving a table of nine and a table of six. We were a table of three. You need to balance out the workload amongst your servers. I can't see how that's fair no matter how many servers there are.The food was very average. I ordered a 7 oz filet mignon w/ onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes and carrots. I asked for medium well and it was more like medium rare and I had to send it back. On top of that, it was dry and needed more seasoning which I don't know how you mess up since steak is mostly just salt and pepper for seasoning. You just threw the onions and mushrooms which were also bland to the side without a care in the world. No attention to detail on presentation. No juice to potentially make it less dry. Mash potatoes were lukewarm, but corrected with the steak when it came back. Carrots probably tasted the best flavor wise along with my mom's salad. My grandmother's loaded baked potato was also not warm and she had to get another one. Her steak (also filet mignon) was also dry, but it seems like hers was better seasoned than mine. So also no consistency in quality with the same dishes. We spent 126 in total not including tip. Y'all absolutely need to lower your prices because the quality of the food does not match by a long shot. It was very mediocre. Texas Roadhouse makes better steaks than you do for less money or if I had an actual equivalent price wise, we could have gone to Cooper's Hawk across the street where we have never been given bad food.I could tell management wasn't actually interested in hearing feedback, so I say to anyone not to waste their time coming here.Edit: 04/12/2024I wrote my complaints to the feedback email few days after this incidentand they compensated me with a gift card as an apology so I will add a star. Thank you.

Server told us all wine glasses were half price Monday's. When she brought the bill, it was full price. We complained and the manager said only larger glasses of wine were half price. We said that is not what the server told us and the manager said, "Sorry." Maybe it is easier to replace a customer than an employee. My wife said she would tell all her friends.
