Wait staff all look like they want to be somewhere else...ordered b waffle with syrup & butter...syrup never arrived, waitress offered water then never brought it, cooks stood in doorway to kitchen eating out of paper towels, many staff on their cell phone, no cream/1/2 & 1/2 for coffee, borrowed from table next door...really poor service, many other choices in this area...go somewhere else

We came for a friend’s birthday brunch on 10/4 and left completely frustrated. From the start, the service was disappointing- we never received refills, no one checked on how our meals were, and we weren’t offered boxes.
To make matters worse, we were served an expired beverage. When we showed it to our server, she silently took it away without a word. About 20 minutes later, she brought a new one and told us, “It isn’t my job to check expiration dates”- even though she was the one who served it.
Then came the food. The first person at our table got their meal, the second about five minutes later, the third roughly fifteen minutes after that. I was still waiting long after everyone else had nearly finished. Our server eventually returned to say she had taken my meal to the wrong table and that the kitchen would have to remake it. By the time my food arrived, everyone else was done. Again, no apology.
While my meal was removed from the bill, the $12 expired drink wasn’t - we had to ask the host stand to fix it. Overall, it was an absolute waste of our morning.

Our waiter was not pleasant. My French toast was burned on one side and the million dollar bacon was undercooked. The blazing dragon drink was made incorrectly and then a new one was made and still looked nothing like another customer’s drink. The waiter was a little standoffish. I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible wait, though we did use the online get in line feature. The wait time was totally misrepresented. We ended up options to sit at the shared table due to time constructions. Even still it was an additional half hour before our beverage order was taken. I ordered coffee, and after fifteen minutes of waiting for our server to bring me a cup, the greeter kindly got one for me. Also, another member in our group was given a dirty glass and never received a clean glass. About an hour into all of this, our server came to inform us (and all the other guest seated at the shared table) that the kitchen was so backed up that it would be at least an additional 30 to 40 minutes before our food would be served. I only ordered a bowl of oatmeal. At this point we gave up and went elsewhere. Whoever was in charge should have communicated the problem with us customers, and given the kitchen a chance to catch up. I was so extremely, extremely disappointed. I must say, that the gentleman at the front counter was super professional and handled the chaos and irritated customers with class. He was the best experience at this location for me. Needless to say, I won't return and do not recommend this restaurant.

They take incredibly long to bring the food out, they said 30 minutes and it took 80 minutes to come out. I’ve never waited this long for food to come out. Food may be good but you literally have time to get groceries and make something better in less time. Don’t bother coming here.
