Ordered avocado toast with smoked salmon. You would think it is easy to make especially since it's on the menu. Well, smoked salmon was warmed up. I can't believe the place doesn't know how to serve smoked salmon!!! 🤢

The food is always really great here, would it typically lacks a service, that being said if I get a taco for breakfast I expect it to be folded like a taco I do not expect to be handed all of my ingredients one on top of the other in a box that now I have to assemble to make my own food, that speaks to laziness in my opinion

I normally go to the Solon location, but we had family in town, so we ended up a Pinecrest. Host at the door was really dry, didn't greet us at all, just grabbed menus and walked off. Didn't know if we are suppose to follow him or what. Our waitress name was China. She was super sweet. Unfortunately, the kitchen messed up our order so bad they had to comp our entire table's meals. I know China was a little embarrassed. The food was still good once we finally got it all. I was disappointed in the service from the host and the kitchen, but I would still go back if China was working there though. She was about the only bright spot in there that day.

Went in early, no wait, empty dirty tables, I waited and waited , and then waited some more. I just got up and left. Very disappointed . Won’t go back.
Came in on a Saturday at 10am. We did the "get ahead" feature online about 15 minutes before arriving and seemed useless. We got there and were told a 25 minute wait, we were in no rush so we sat outside. We were texted right near 25 minutes that there was a table open. Once seated, our server was promptly over to take our food/drink order and food arrived very quick. Food was delicious and cheaper than I expected. Would definitely come back again.

Very disappointed to have poor service and have to walk out this morning. Restaurant was not busy, several tables near us served food and drinks yet no server after more than10 minutes. Advised hostess and a few minutes later a server took our order yet almost 10 minutes later still no coffee. Then people were seated next to us and had service and coffee almost immediately. Waited a few minutes more and then advised hostess we were leaving. Went to Original Pancakes 5 minutes away and were seated, served coffee almost immediately and within 20 minutes we were served breakfast.

Ordered a takeout order. We spent $80 and left a $10 tip, yet every last meal was incorrect. We received no toast with any of our breakfast meals, & ordered 2 Monterey clubs that came with NOT MEAT nor avocado. Very disappointed!!

First time getting food from First Watch. I ordered the honey brussels bacon hash. It was described on the menu as brussels, bacon, potatoes, onions, cheese, and lemon dressed arugula. It was missing the bacon, onions, and dressing for the arugula. It didn't taste bad (albeit it wasn't particularly well seasoned) but if I'm going to treat myself to a $20+ breakfast, I want to receive what I ordered! The waffle I got on the side was good. The hash was disappointing.
