Don't even bother with their custom orders if it involves anything other than simple piping and a completely generic message. They'll cancel the order with zero explanation then never answer the phone.

I have been to this store in the past while visiting the Cleveland area. Now that I am moving here I intend on taking my business to another store..Perhaps Heinens. Reason being, the cashiers for the most part have miserable attitudes. Since the Covid pandemic the Self Service isles tend to be a sticking point where as the Grumpy, somewhat helpful cashier's crappy attitudes make buying groceries here a real challenge. My thoughts are to pay a slightly higher price at Heinens where customers are treated with more respect.

I thought that I was ordering a bushel of bananas and a bag of apples, but what I actually got was 1 apple and 2 bananas. Well, it looks like someone took one of my rolls. Lol! It would have maybe been funny, but seeing people eat thing off the selves on videos, and with Corona in our mist, it was a little disconcerting. also make sure you check it you allow substitution for your chosen items. if you are like me about favorite brands, don't allow any substitutes.
I would use this service if I really didn't want to go to the store and I was only getting a few items in advance, delivery id not immediate, it may take a few days.
Overall the service was good, but make sure you consider the amount of items and the type of products you are purchasing.

Having only 1 out of 11 check out lanes open on a Sunday afternoon is ridiculous. It took me 30 minutes to get through the checkout line on Sunday, Oct 27th 2019. On top of that, my 4 year old daughter needed to use the restroom so I took her to the men's room and the bathroom was DESTROYED. It looked like a port-a-john exploded. Feces and used toilet paper all over the stall toilet and floor. Unacceptable.
