How there isn’t one of these in every city in the county I will never know. I love the food here. The selection is vast. All of the dressings are flavorful and fresh. I just moved to Lakewood from Cleveland Heights and I already miss this place so much. I love salad and eating healthy. If more of these were around, I think more people would too

We eat here all the time. Good food. Easy to order online and pick up. Easy to use the kiosks too but only if there is no line because one person can take forever to put in all their options. Staff often (20% of the time) mess up our order somehow and dont ever apologize but they do promptly fix it. Best make your own salad place around and the chicken soups is also great.

Got a salad for my wife and it looked pretty good. The choices for what to put into your salad is far more then 99% of anywhere else and they dont add or use any msg which is good for the people that are allergic to it.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I was feeling very anxious and stressed out already, and there was a nice young man whose name begins with a J Im so sorry I forget names. Please contact me. He needs a raise. He took very good care of me and actually let me try some of the dressings before we put them on my salad. I’m so serious pay him more.

Disappointed that they changed out the Fresca juice machine and Boylan Soda Fountain machine with a traditional Pepsi machine. I enjoyed the real cane sugar soda vs. traditional pop seen everywhere. High fructose corn syrup is used in a traditional Pepsi machine which is significantly more unhealthy than a real cane sugar soda. All soda is unhealthy but if you are going to drink it real sugar is the way to go. I liked this place because it was a nice mix between healthy and more indulgent options. It’s sad to see the real fruit fountain beverages and real sugar go in place of less healthy options. I would gladly pay more for a Boylan soda vs. Pepsi products. Please consider bringing back the more premium drink options that are less harmful to one’s health.

Had a great experience at Hello Bistro! I tried their wrap in Mexican corn style—flavorful and satisfying. My friend and his mother ordered burgers and salad, and they really enjoyed their meals too. The food was fresh and tasty, definitely worth the little wait. The staff was polite and the service was good. Ambiance was okay, nothing fancy but comfortable enough for a nice dinner. Overall, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back!
The only absolutely perfect thing from this restaurant is the fries. I have ordered 4 times back to back and the amount of fries they give you is less than a McDonald's small. I kid you not I could fit every fry in the bag in my mouth at the same time and it wouldn't even be a lot. It's not even a whole ounce of fries and I know this because I weighed it. Greedy!!!
Hello Bistro in Beachwood has great-tasting, fresh salads with generous portions and lots of options to customize. The food itself is definitely the highlight.
However, the service was a bit confusing. It wasn’t quick, and the process felt a little disorganized. They place your food off to the side, which seemed semi-unsanitary and left us unsure if it was ready or still being prepped.
Still, the overall quality of the food makes it worth visiting. Just be prepared for a slightly chaotic pickup process.

Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though!
The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss.
As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock.

Just wow. I only recently found out about this place! Their grain bowl selection is incredible. I got the Mexican Street Corn grain bowl with Fiesta chicken. This is a very filling and healthier option for a quick lunch that I now absolutely love. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was tasty. Upon arriving for pickup, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely becoming a regular!!

Ordered the bacon + ranch salad and added extra avocado, I drove from Beachwood to Brooklyn (Home) to have my dinner and noticed the avocado was given to me brown/bruised, The drive was only 20 mins so I knew it was not from that. An extra charge of $2.50 for bruised/old avocado is unacceptable and the staff should have at least removed that piece out. If you would not eat this please do not serve this.
